List of Alvin Chang's Reviews
My mom has been going to Dr Chang for 9 years. He’s been a godsend for her. He is highly competent, cares & listens to his patients, takes time with us to explain & answer any questions, referred us to good specialists when needed, and has been in my opinion the best doctor she ever had. I highly recommend Dr Chang.
Considerate, Not Condescending, Up-to-date with current research, Listens to patient, Explains his rationale for my treatment, has excellent staff.
Great doctor.
Everytime I need a refill or have asthma attack, Dr. Chang responds back to my call. He is easily accessible and always calls back.
As an elderly male, I highly recommend Dr. Chang after relying heavily on his professional skills for six years regarding more than a score of minor as well as very serious conditions. He is careful, fully informed, chooses outstanding specialists when referral is the best course of action, and takes time and demonstrates empathy for his patients.
Been seeing Dr. Chang for yrs. Right B4 a 3-day weekend, he refused to renew my blood pres. and anxiety meds until I came in to see him, except that he couldn't see me for 2 more weeks. He refused to even give me a 1 month renewal until my appt, so I had to abruptly stop taking both meds, which caused an emotional breakdown after I called his office several days in a row, and received absolutely NO help. You are NOT supposed to abruptly stop taking anxiety meds!Any good Dr knows that!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
