The staff are kind but the Dr himself, Dr Sharief is so so so so inefficient and unprofessional and lazy!!!!My case has taken over a year and spoke to them all including the Dr three times and still no progress in my case. One time he didn’t even bother to keep his appointment with me!!!

I just made made appt. With them and now they called and stated that they have filed bankruptcy and are closing there doors as of today Friday . I literally just made appt on Monday.Horrible service to even lead patients on like that, knowing that they were closing there business.

Someone close to me has used this provider and it has been three weeks since they are getting back to him for a machine that could save his life. I surely hope that they start to move faster because my loved ones throat is closing and time is ticking. . .

I was contacted by the account administrator Tom. He is a very cordial gentleman and went out of his way to resolve my issue. I am absolutely satisfied with the outcome. Looks like my situation was an isolated case that occurred between the billing department and the insurance company, and with Tom's efforts the situation was resolved.

I recently got to see first hand how great this place is. I was referred to American Sleep Medicine by my doctor, but I checked them and several other places out on my own to see which one was going to work best for me. I chose this place because of their facility and staff, but getting the help I needed and getting my study results so fast made them a total win. My doctor and I were able to review the study and get me the help I needed. Now I am finally getting great sleep!Thank you American Sleep Medicine!Tom L
