Dr Andersen is our family doctor. She sees my older parents, my spouse, myself and our young adult daughter. Starting with her staff, Jeannette is amazing. Super detailed, professional and helpful. Dr. Andersen always takes time to listen to our needs and helps develop a plan to stay healthy. Really appreciate her professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend.

My daughter gain 30 lbs in 3 months due to medication prescribed. She was experiencing other issues along with a big lump in her breast and ovarian cysts. Dr Anderson did not think that these was an alarming red flag. I had to go outsource and we referred ourselves to an endocrinologist who show a lot more compassion, respect and genuine concern than Dr Anderson. After running a few blood test, it was clear what the problem was. We were also referred immediately to an OB-Gyn. I believe we had genuine and valid concerns. We did not get the level of treatment we expected from St Joseph's which has been our Medical Group since my kids were little. Our pediatrician Dr. Osburn was amazing and forever be remember for the level of care he always show to his young patients.

I have been seeing this Dr for over 3 years and loved her, had my husband switch to her, reffered friends, etc. Until this past Dec when I became very fatigued and kept returning to her saying something was wrong but she just told me to that I was stressed out and depressed....she yelled at me on a phone call, then wouldn't even acknowledge me when I was in her office with an appointment with my husband. That was the final straw! Changed dr's and was diagnosed with Lupus. Very saddened by the change in her professionalism or should I say lack of professionalism!

She is the best !!! She takes time with you, great communication skills, very polite, very nice, very very professional.And her assistant Jannett, the same, I never dread calling them or going in for an appointment, they r just the best !!
