Dr. Bonyadi is amazing. She takes the time to hear you out completely before talking through options or thoroughly explaining next steps. She is very knowledgeable in her field and also has great bedside manner. Like many I have had poor past experiences with neurologists and I am so happy that I continued to search for someone that actually listens to me and CARES I did notice past reviews mentioning issues with office staff but its obvious that changes have been made. The office staff is kind and I have had no issues making appointments or getting messages to Dr. Bonyadi. I really feel like I lucked out with Dr. Bonyadi and Im happy to have her as my neurologist

I’m here just to said that I had the same issue but I just find out that it wasn’t her fault it’s was the Assisten who didn’t do her job know she had a new assistant who’s always there for me and she helped me with my vertigo problem for years and I being feeling great sense she take care of me🙏🙏

Dr. Bonyadi takes her time and is very genuine caring and knowledgeable when dealing with my mother who has dementia. She always makes her feel at ease.

Horrible.. Cant get through to them and they never call back. This was before COVID. Had problems with meds that she never resolved. Please dont go here not professional.

Shes very sweet and intelligent but Ive had issues with getting my medication twice because she doesnt approve my medication and my insurance is constantly trying to reach out no one there ever answers the phone. To me its extremely unprofessional. Anyways Im changing doctors.

Ive called and left voicemail after voicemail for three weeks now. No response.Dont waste your time.Update 2282020 I finally got someone on the phone after several weeks. Ill update this review after my appointment.Update 7212020 It took a few months COVID19 didnt help but I finally got the care I needed from Dr. Bonyadi. I have to say she is excellent and very willing to spend time with her patients to understand their problems and potential ways of helping. As a doctor I would give her 5 stars......but the ability to contact her office email voicemails phone call whatever is so poor I cant raise my rating above 2 stars. Its really frustrating never being able to talk to anyone there. Ive been trying to get a copy of my medical records and schedule a followup appointment for weeks now and Ive heard nothing. Its been the same story the entire 6 months Ive had to deal with her office.
