List of Bahram Eslami's Reviews
Good doctor for office visits, but good luck to get hold of him on your emergency. he does not care to even contact you,the most you can leave him a messages thru his assistant
Only good doctor for an office visit! But good luck getting a hold of him in an emergency when you really need him. He works in 3 offices that they do not communicate to each other & He is too old that I do not think he cars for review anymore
Didn't have appointment, got bill for no show fee. They couldn't even find records of appointment, still they forced me to pay! Also, people working there are rude.
What a unprofessional and rude team answering and trying to make an appointment. She keep threatening me that I will cancel your appointment! Don't go to these jerks, If it smell like shit at the beginning of your experience, you will probably entering a public restroom NOT a doctor's office who cares for patients
Dr. Eslami may be a fine Cardiologist, I have no idea. I've seen him for the past few years for regular visits and haven't had issues. This past visit he brought up politics, and we have differing views. I don't care to hear what my doctor's political opinions are. I'm no more interested in his opinion of politics, nor is he any more qualified to offer it, than my auto mechanic. Then to argue because I didn't agree with him lacks professionalism. It made the encounter awkward for me, and I won't be going back. I respect people who have different viewpoints than I do, but I don't need to be confronted about it during an encounter. It's just not an appropriate place.
Dr Eslami I would not recommend. I went in for heart valve repair. Before I had the surgery I we through a series of tests. One was for the arteries and as the test was being administered i asked the tech how did it look an she said that i was very clear with no disease . After surgery I asked the Dr. Eslami about the test and he said you are about 35 to 50 percent and prescribed medication for cholesterol. I had questions so I went to the surgeon and asked him to test me and low and behold I am completely clear of heart disease and don't need the medication. Dr Eslami assumed I need it because I am 58 years old. Bad move won't trust him at all
The office was old and a bit dingy. The bathrooms were surface cleaned, but there was grime in corners and they smelled of old urine. I arrived early to fill out paperwork, and then waited an extra half hour before rescheduling for another date.
I have had the unique pleasure and honor to be helped through my heart ordeal with the finest Cardiologist in all of Southern California. Dr. Eslami is without question the most dedicated and highly professional heart specialist available, and his entire team at the Cardiologist Specialists of Orange County are ranked #1.I urge any patient with a heart issue to make an immediate appointment with Dr. Eslami and his team since the results will far out way the consequences if you don't.
Dr. Eslami comes across as one of those "I know what's best" doctors. I am an educated person and appreciate doctors that WORK WITH ME to determine the best course of action. There are certain things I would really like to avoid (certain medications) and there are a ton of things I will consider doing to improve my health. However, Dr. Eslami basically said "this is how we're going to do this." I may be in the minority... but I appreciate a doctor that respects my opinions/needs/inputs to the process. So far, Dr. Eslami does not strike me as such a doctor. But Dr. Eslami knows best. (He IS a doctor, after all, and I am clearly not.) If you have feelings about what will work for you and what will not, I would NOT recommend seeing this doctor. However, if you want "good care" and can deal with being told what, when, and how to do it, he's pretty great. He does explain WHY he says what he does. But he does NOT do well at listening and accounting for specific patient needs.
Dr. Bahram Eslami's staff was extremely courteous and respectful. However, Dr. Eslami was TERRIBLE! Instead of asking "why are you here?", he decided to lecture me on cutting back on dairy products and exercise. If he would have taken the time to LISTEN, he would have learned that I am lactose intolerant and exercise 6 days a week. He was very condescending, and was not concerned with my rationale for seeking cardiology care. He was even rude to my son.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
