I had my first chemo treatment yesterday. As expected, I had an adverse reaction to one of the drugs. Within 30 seconds, the meds were off and I had a large injection of benadryl which caused all of the symptoms to reverse. I couldn't ask for better or kinder care. I have had years of care with UCI and The City of Hope, so have much to compare!

The entire staff, providers and nurses made my treatments so much easier. Everyone is very attentive to your needs and make you as comfortable as they possible can. Shoutout to the entire team leaded by Dr. Otis. .

Dr Otis, the team of PA's and nurses as well as front office are amazing. They are Compassionate, friendly and professional. The front office also answer phone calls extremely fast and answers all questions in a friendly professional manner.

Dr. Otis is very knowledgeable and experienced. Though her appealing bedside manner she is able to gather the important facts of a case. She is never rushed and when she's ready she presents all her well thought out solutions. Dr. Otis is a pleasure to work with.
