I was a DCIS Stage 1 breast cancer pt only for 5 tx of TCH. I left. Her quality of care was absurd and loony. She never was on time to check up before infusion time. Sometimes wait over 1 hr. Also the front desk when checking in was so infriendly. Dr. Chung looks like Dr. Out of Dr. Seuss Unkept, messy, seems to not remember who you are on arrival. Her uncategorized manners of my downcline just seem to be overlooked. She is not a safe feeling Dr. This private clinic should be investigated

I was diagnosed DCIS- stage 1. The office beware. Horrible front office reception. Long waits for Dr. Almost forgot I was waiting over an hr. Before infusion. Didn't even know I was there? Secondly I don't feel my chemo doses were accurate. One nurse didn't even get my vein with her cep tin and I was in pain and screaming get this out. I really had a very sad irreversible damage for 3 yrs after the TCH at this office and under her care. I left to cedars and it was the best tx. overtx.!
