Arely in main and chestnut was very helpful! Thank you arely for helping my daughter out we appreciate it! This was our first time at this clinic and arely was Extremely helpful with our needs give her a raise!

Nurses don't know what they are doing.. lose track of papers and seem like they don't know what they are doing. Every time I take my daughter there is always an issue

My children have been coming to this location since birth, the doctors are incredibly knowledgable and empathetic to your childs medical needs.  Staff is excellent and welcoming.  Characters you need when you are helpless due to your childrends medical needs.  My children love the doctors and staff, friendly enviornment.  We will follow Dr. Cheng where ever she may be.  We love her!!!

They take for ever to see the patient! Plus one of the receptionist is very rude, I will ask a question and she would always answer with a sarcastic tone, seems like she’s very unhappy with her job. The Dr was good and the MA Faviola was really nice and professional but I am really considering changing clinics.Update: we went back,they forgot we were in the clinic. We got there at 9:30- and they saw my daughter until 11:15! I had to go out and ask if they forgot us. All they said “ we’re very sorry, we never knew you were in the room, front office forgot to tell us.”

i give this clinic a zero put i can’t put zero as a star sadly & receptionists don’t know how to do their work, never passed me inside the clinic. Told me to leave since i brought my children with me. Bad costumer service. Never called me to assure my appointment. Never checked my temperature and never asked about covid symptoms. I waited 2 months for this appointment and lost it just because a receptionists ! not fair 11/19/20

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ve finally had enough and I’m switching my daughter to a different pediatrician. Your child will always have different pediatricians if attending here and when you go to see another specialist (if your child needs to see a physical therapist for example) they will always ask who the pediatrician is and I never have a name of the pediatrician to put down because she’s had so many at this place. My child has seen so many Pediatricians which bugs me and I talked to the receptionist in the front multiple times to get me ONE pediatrician and they said they would but they never did.Also the staff member for the insurance is clearly not in top of her work. I’m not going to get in to detail but I hope she starts taking care of patients paperwork. I call and leave a voicemail but they return my calls 1 week later or even 2.I will no longer be taking my daughter here.

I absolutely love this Clinic! This is the second time I take my daughter here and I am honestly very happy my daughter gets to go to a place where they seem to enjoy their job. They have the best/ most caring Doctors here. ACTUALLY I would even go as far as most caring staff. The costumer service here is great and I honestly appreciate that everyone is helpful and sweet. My daughter has seen two different Doctors and both have sat down with me and heard all my questions and concerns AND actually explained the answer in a way that I could understand and feel good about my baby's health. Most of the time when I go see a Doctor they make me feel stupid because I'm not familiar with the medical field BUT NOT HERE. I could honestly say that I feel like they care about patients here and actually take their time. Jessica (the lactation consultant) is also just the best person ever!! She is so helpful and caring! She not only gave me great tips and encouragement on breastfeeding but recommend me to someone that could help me a little more as well. Although I wish the medical assistant would have respected my choice of how I wanted my daughter to have her vaccinations donethis is a place I recommend. Thank you guys for doing a great job and helping all of us keep our children as healthy as possible!
