List of Connie Bartlett's Reviews
She is a wonderful doctor. She is very knowledgeable, very kind and a great human. She always has the right diagnosis and she really cares for her patients. Dr Bartlett is the best pediatrician.
I can't imagine another pediatrician for our family. Dr. Bartlett (Dr. B as my kids call her) is one reason why my husband and I continue to live where we live, as we don't want to have to find a new doctor for our three kiddos. All three of my children, age [almost] 5 and under, have seen Dr. B since they were born. I originally found her through extensive research online and after meeting her the first time as a new parent, I knew she was the right match. She listens. She cares. She is knowledgeable. She reassures and genuinely wants to empower us as the parents to follow our God-given intuition. She provides recommendations but also allows for freedom in our own choices as parents. Her office is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. My kids happily interact with everyone from the front desk at check in to the nurses, to the staff in the waiting room. I know that my kids are not afraid to go to the doctor partially because of the great experience they've had with Dr. B and her staff. In addition, if we have needed to get a last minute appointment, accommodations have always been made to be seen as soon as possible, either in person or via a zoom call. If I send a message via MyChart, I get a response same day or next morning, depending on when I send it. I've also used the after hours nurse line several times and am so thankful for the resources from Providence to calm this mama's heart after hours. And I know this review is for Dr. B, not the nurse line, but I mention it because I know she pays attention to what happens with my kids during those non office hours too. Thanks Dr. B and team. Our littles love you and so do we.
I have known Dr. Bartlett for years, she was my pediatrician from 12-18 and now she is my two sons pediatrician! She's a fantastic doctor and treats patients like her family. She takes her time with you, explains things that are going on and important, and doesn't rush you if you have a bunch of questions. Which I love because I always have a lot of questions and don't enjoy being rushed. Her staff is amazing, sweet and so helpful! And the office is always very clean when we go. In My Chart if I send her a message about either of my kids she is quick to respond. If it's not Dr. Bartlett it's one of her nurses and the responses are always concise and helpful. They always answer all my questions and I typically get a response within 24 hours or less, usually it's within 2 hours which is great when there is something going on with your kiddos. I love that Dr. Bartlett is my kids doctor and that she is still practicing. I recommend her to all my friends that are searching for a pediatrician!
#1) The office is FILTHY even in this pandemic age. We always -no exaggeration- 5 out of 5 times- leave well visits with some sort of germ and get sick. Not just the child sick but the whole household- adults and children alike- catch it. #2) It is nearly impossible to get a call back. As with many offices these days, you can only get through to a call center and you are at their mercy for them to call you back. (Spoiler alert: they won't). #3) As your child gets progressively worse as you wait for a return call that never comes days later you will then find yourself sitting on hold for over an hour to reach the after hours nurse line. Only to reach yet another answering service who takes down your information but offers no advice, only replies that a registered nurse will call you back when they darn well feel like it. (I was told they would call me back in 5-10 minutes- which was a total joke). Hours will pass as you helplessly watch your child's health deteriorate.#4) When more than 10x the advised wait time passes and you call the Dr's exchange line, you will again sit on hold for an additional hour only to reach a receptionist, who just refers you back to the nurse line- who doesn't return calls either. Most pediatricians will have a nurse call you back within an hour. Not this one. Good luck getting care here. Do your family a favor and find a different provider. There's no reason for you and your child to suffer like this- and you will suffer too when you contract a new illness acquired from there.
Connie Bartlett has the patience, the knowledge, and the tenacity to find out what's wrong with your child and make sure she gets the right diagnosis. She never quits. She's also a very fantastic person not just a doctor
Dr. Connie Bartlett is fantastic!! I am so thankful we found her. She is very attentive, and has years of experience. She comforts my worries as a parent, but respects my mothers intuition and has great conversational bedside manner. All around her nurse Beatrice and the front desk staff are so caring, it's a great experience each visit. Glad my daughter goes to her. Thank you Dr. Bartlett!
Dr. Bartlett is wonderfully the best pediatrician. She is definitely very personable & kind. We are super happy with her patient care and definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and experienced doctor.
OMG, We are so happy making a switch to Dr Bartlett with both our 2yrs old and 6 months old daughters. Dr Bartlett is very down to earth. doing such a good job exams our children, spending good amount of time talking, learning, following up, very professional, and so are the staffs at the office. I highly recommend her. Most importantly, the location of her office is located in the same building of urgent care on the first floor, which opens on the weekend, which all medical record is linked to Saint Josheph Hospital so other doctors at the urgent Care can have access, evaluate, and treat your child accordingly w/o wasting valuable time guessing, and requesting medical record. It is like a one stop shop. Again, I highly recommend Dr Bartlett. Terry Nguyen
As a mother, I couldn't survive without Dr. Bartlett. She's always been right and is calm and lays out a medical plan to heal the kids when they are sick.
She is simpy EXTRAORDINARY.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
