Cold and not helpful. I gave him a list of my urine culture lab results and the fact that I had a cystoscopy with another urologist with no report of an issue but I'm still in constant pain. He said there's nothing he can do to help. Recommended I see an OBGYn. So I left. In tears. Felt like I was a nuisance to him after waiting weeks for the appointment. Please avoid him at all costs

I took my Mom to see this Dr. From the moment he entered the room, his demeanor was abrupt & rude. The first words out if his mouth were who is the patient & what's your problem. How very unprofessional he was, he had all of her paperwork infront of him & did not look at it before he entered the room. He didn't even introduce himself as the Dr. for all we know he could have been jack the ripper. I would not recommend this Dr. To anyone

Dr. Garo M. Tertzakian performed surgery on my husband with great outcome. I highly recommend him.

He was very rude and rough. Did not address my concerns nor the reason of my visit. He based treatment based off of diagnostics from 4 years ago. Worst experience ever with a Dr

Took my test found a a cist in prorstat , but the way he took the test, was very painful as I am very sensitive due to my brain surgery although told the nurse and doctor be gentle . However had bad experience. Handling was very rough. Won't recommend this doctor to other.

The absolute worst Urologist I have seen. Scheduling an appointment wasn't so bad, the girls in front are friendly. Plenty of parking out in front. He didn't help with the problem I was going through at all, he's just too old to be a Dr. now.
