Dr. Poole was the anesthesiologist for my husband’s surgery. He spent extra time explaining everything to both of us and answered all of our questions thoroughly. His bedside manner was exceptional.

Displayed little care about patient comfort. Poor bedside manner. Did as little as possible to make me comfortable before my procedure. No sedative and no lidocaine to ease the burning of the propofol injection. Both are standard practices with most competent anesthetists.
