Hurtt Family Health Clinic - Santa Ana's Online Review Report Card

Great place. Friendly staff.

This was my first time at Hurtt Family Health Clinic. I was a little nervous getting my Covid shot, but Nurse Olga was very pleasant and patient with me. She eased my fears and we had a great conversation. I know I'll be back to get my flu shot and I hope nurse Olga is there to give it to me.

Just a word of caution for those with insurance. You have to schedule a separate appointment for your labs at a separate location. They do not tell you this when you schedule your appointment.

I came here for both of my vacations and Beatriz and Mayra were very helpful and made me feel comfortable and they made sure that after the vaccine I was feeling ok thank you so much for the help I would recommend Hurtt Family Clinic to anyone I come from riverside to here and I always get taken good care off thank you Hurtt Family Clinic.

I've never encountered a problem until today with one of the medical assistant ineptitude and laziness. Too lazy to call in lab work for my mother, even after last week someone was to have it mailed. A whole week went by and no paperwork. So I called their office to inquire and got moms consent, she needs the fax number. I call the lab and get this information for her to do her job,, she needs consent again. The lab technician asked why doesn't the doctors office call instead, I can't even answer that.Lab work is scheduled and hope we don't waste our time going just because the staff at this clinic cannot do their job to fax a document. I don't think they know you can email a fax now. This is so frustrating after working in a medical office for 5 years I don't think I ever procrastinated with a patients care and needs like this office has, hence all the bad reviews here.

If I could give them  a double 0 I would . I took time out of work . Called for my opera together they gave me hours and are closed on a Friday .. I went there around 3pm. Nothing . I have bad asthma and they don't give a shit . Save your time and money

all the girls that are at the Call Center are always so helpful. I have talked to all of them and each one are always so nice and they call me when there are appointments available. Thank you girls for all your help! Love this place !

This clinic is seriously a joke, they have rescheduled my important appointments several times and they have no explanation. If you're trying to find a new PCP do not try Hurtt Family Health Clinic

I initially called this place in July to make an appointment for a physical they didn't have any appointments until mid August so I said OK. The morning of my appointment I get a call 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment to tell me that the Doctor who supposed to see me is not going in and they don't have anybody else who can see me. I call again to reschedule and they don't have another appointment until another month From now and if I don't take it they are even further out. I let them know that I needed an appointment for a school physical and had already made one before but was canceled on to see if they can maybe get me in. They provided no options at all just said they couldn't. So now I'm just going to go pay out-of-pocket to see a doctor right away. I never even got to go to the office but now with all this mess I don't even feel like going here anymore.
