I was a new patient to doctor Jacob. Very impressed with him and his staffs. He was easy to talk to and he listened to my foot issues. His staffs are friendly and helpful. His nurse, I believe named Winny. She was a warm person. As soon as she heard about the dead of my family member and best friend, she asked: "Can I please give you a hug?" then she told me to take one step at the time and everything will be okay. She had tear in her eyes. I know she feels my pain too. I appreciate doctor Jacob and the staffs.

Answer the GD phone!!! Providence is horrible! Just horrible. They don't answer the phone and their systems are a disaster. The doctor might be good but practice management is horrible. This goes for all of them.

Had an ingrown that hurt so much, but I came here to get it removed not once, but twice! It happened on my big toes on both feet, but Dr. Jones did an amazing, professional, and informed me very well about the process. Did not feel any pain during the removal of both ingrown toenails, but he's the best. Ps. This happened a few years ago, but I finally made a review.

Dr. Jacob Jones performed surgery on my foot that had been extremely painful for years. He has given me the ability to work & enjoy my life once again. The surgery went very well & he took great care. If there were 6 stars, that is what he would get from me.
