This is a dr office that is corporate greed. I called a few weeks back On a-day of appt and had to reschedule due to business emergency. They said ok and rescheduled. This weekend I received a bill for no show on that appt. I called to straighten that out as I did reschedule and had no discussion about a problem at time of reschedule. They said too bad, corporate policy you have to pay. I talked to billing and front office no chance to waive it must pay even though I said they will lose me as a patient over this stupid situation they didn't care policy was policy. Rules are rules. I should have seen this in the multiple pages of fine print when I was a new patient... So Beware. You and your health don't matter. This office getting their $25 extra is all that matters. Beware if you go there and watch your bill carefully!!!! I am no longer a patient and yes they don't care.

BEWARE-If you have an emergency and have to cancel and resechedule an appt on same day they will charge you as a NO SHOW- wont tell you they will just do it. They dont care say it is "policy". i am no longer his patient as of today because this dr just cares about the $ oblivious not the person. How about when they no show and they are late? in all my years of being a good patient i have never had a doctor play these games. they say this policy is in the multiple pages of policy when you first became a patient. BEWARE THEY WANT YOUR MONEY NOT YOUR HEALTH
