Dr. Soung is has poor manners and is arrogant. There are many other highly qualified Dermatologist to see, than her.

Would not recommend. The staff was rude when it was their mistake in scheduling the appointment. I had to take time off of work and on the day of the appointment. They said the doctor was not there and they did not have me down on the appointment. Not once did they apologize for their mistake. They also said they would have called/emailed appointment reminders, but they never did and they had the audacity to lie. I have my call log.

Soung is very knowledgeable, this review is in regards to her front staff clerks. The two times I show up, they have a contemporary radio station playing in the background, have side conversations in Spanish, and complain publicly about personal affairs with boyfriends. Should improve their service to the patients by not speaking to them as if they were lost toddlers. Unprofessianlism resonates through the waiting room.

Jennifer Soung is an excellent physician. I have had a chronic dermatological problem for years, and after a year and a half of treatment, it has finally cleared up. She is additionally extremely personable and concerned.I don't know when the previous person posted the review about the staff, but I have, except on one occasion, been seen quickly and the front office staff is efficient. What they talk about is their own business. I have never noticed any particularly obnoxious music and I have been to the office maybe 15-20 times. Maybe the read the previous post and changed.
