Theyve always been super helpful with scheduling appointments and even rescheduling if something came up. Dr. Baron and his staff are really kind and patient and I’ve had nothing but good experiences coming here!

This office is the worst unprofessional and the front desk lacking knowledge. They just work for salary and don't want to register patient. Horrible customer service can not even get into the first step to see the doctors.

I don't often write reviews but I was really sorry to see some of these negative reviews here so I thought I'd add my positive experience during my several appts with Dr Baron. Most of the negative reviews are not a reflection of Dr Baron but of the office and insurance procedures so I wouldn't base my decision to see the doctor on that. I really, really like Dr Baron. He is kind, thorough, informative and accommodating. I'm a pretty tough patient as I ask a million questions and expect a lot from my doctors. Dr Baron is well-informed and answers all of my questions knowledgeably and without hesitation or judgement or making me feel like I'm taking too much time. I never feel rushed. He's really comfortable and pleasant to be with and I trust his experience and judgement. I've been to so many dermatologists over my many years and I have to say, I recommend him highly.

Staff is HORRIBLE Staff would not book my appointment until they received my referral. Mind you I have a point of service insurance plan. Therefore, I can use my PPO side if I wanted to. I called 4 different times and was on hold for 10-15min each time. I emailed my referral and faxed it over to the office. Staff is completely unprofessional, no phone etiquette, and incompetent. I have had many patients that have had issues with their staff and now I am a proof of why doctors I work with will NOT refer to this office. As a healthcare professional myself I would never do this to my patients. I have never met these specialist and I’m sure THEY are wonderful, however with this staffing they have I tend to think otherwise and paints a picture of the service given. Therefore, I refuse to keep my scheduled appointment!!!

Called many times trying to schedule an appointment for my daughter. Waited more than15 minutes or so every time I called, no one would answer the phone. Called MANY times and Waited. When I got through the person answering the phone was rude and kept hanging up on me. Long story short wasn't able to schedule an appointment and wasted my time.

Despues de dos años de sufrir con esta rara condicion en mi piel y haber consultado bastates doctores, dermatologos que lo unico que me decian que no sabian que tenia y no podian ayudarme ?? El Dr. Baron en la segunda visita con el ya me tenia mi diagnostico y tratamiento a seguir ?? muy contenta y agradecida con el Dr. Baron y su professional equipo de trabajo. Muchas Gracias ?? ??

the receptionists are useless. They answer the phone, put you on hold and never comeback. A nurse calls and leaves a message and you can never get in touch with them.

Unfortunately the receptionist has a very poor attitude she make me wait for more than 30 min and then she hung up the phone when I try to call again she just keep put me on hold
