Despues de dos años de sufrir con esta rara condicion en mi piel y haber consultado bastates doctores, dermatologos que lo unico que me decian que no sabian que tenia y no podian ayudarme ?? El Dr. Baron en la segunda visita con el ya me tenia mi diagnostico y tratamiento a seguir ?? muy contenta y agradecida con el Dr. Baron y su professional equipo de trabajo. Muchas Gracias ?? ??

the receptionists are useless. They answer the phone, put you on hold and never comeback. A nurse calls and leaves a message and you can never get in touch with them.

Dr. Baron, MD was recommended to me by two trusted sources. I visited his office during the height of COVID. I was very impressed by the Doctor, his care and the results of his treatment.

Unfortunately the receptionist has a very poor attitude she make me wait for more than 30 min and then she hung up the phone when I try to call again she just keep put me on hold

Excellent Service. People at the reception are the vital in getting positive review for a doctor. Receptionist where too good and they are able to find me an appointment same day.Dr's Recommendation helped me to overcome the issue i was facing. Spent ample time with me to diagnose the issue.

Dr. Jonathan baron is the sweetheart good Dermatologist. Help with daughters treatment.

My husband needs to see a dermatologist so I recommended Dr. Baron to him. When I went on line, I was surprised he didn't have higher ratings. I also noticed some of the lower star ratings had nothing to do with Dr. Baron. I am in my 60's and have seen several different dermatologists over the years. Dr. Baron is one of the best dermatologists I have found in Orange County.

Unfortunately I was never able to book an appointment with Dr. Baron because the receptionists Monse, Michelle and others were never accommodating with my insurance. As I assured them my HMO plan did not need a referral from my primary.I spent 1 hour and half to call my insurance and their office to ensure that I was able to receive care based with my plan. No one took the necessary steps to call my insurance or advocate for my care. I believe this is call not just poor customer service but poor patient care.If the necessary steps were not taken to verify insurance benefits for a patient, one can only imagine the kind of care given if a patient has something more serious disease that need immediate attention.I still have not received a call back for a schedule appointment with Dr. Baron with approved insurance but I wouldn't expect anything more.Good luck with your patient care here.

I have been going to Dr. Baron for several years. Both at this office, and his old office in Lake Forest. I found him to be very friendly, yet professional. He has excellent eye contact, and a huge smile. He has a calming manner that sets your mind at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Baron to family and friends, and always look forward to seeing him.
