Staff does not have a great understanding of customer care.No calls for follow ups, you get placed on hold and after 15 minutes they ask wat you're holding for when you have told them already. After Cat Scan so call for results. We had to call to ask after one month.

I scheduled my appointment several months in advance for sudden & severe onset asthma. They called me the night before to reschedule because suddenly, the doctor is no longer available. My referral has since expired. Safe to say I will not be seeing this doctor.

Dr. Babu and his staff have been supportive in all the ways I could ask of any doctor's office staff. Dr. Babu has listened and revamped my medicines, reducing my medical regiment. This has done so much for my outlook regarding my health, I felt a burden being lifted off of my shoulders. I would never hesitate to recommend Dr. Babu to my dearest family members or friends.
