Terrible. First, the staff do not provide accurate information to you in order to determine if you need to show up for an appointment or not. I called to schedule an appointment and was told to go in the same day. When I arrived, the doctor was not present. As a result, I ended up seeing a Nurse Practitioner(NA) Who by the way, was clueless. This practitioner told me that she was afraid to order a test because the specialist may think that she is over diagnosing. RED FLAG.

I have going to Dr. Carella since I was a teenager. Now I am a mother of three and I take my children to him. He is a great doctor. Once my daughter was sent home from the emergency room but I was very concern because she did look okay to me. I took her to doctor Carella to get his opinion he immediately took action. He called the hospital and had her in the ICU that morning. It turned out that she had viral encephalitis. Thanks to Dr. Carella my daughter got the treatment she needed. Plus Dr. Carella went to check on her everyday she was in the hospital. Thank you Dr. Carella I will be forever grateful. We need more doctors like you in his world. Doctors that truly care for the well being of their patients.
