I felt very welcomed and valued here. Dr Tazhibi is great. Dr Megan too. My only complaint about this facility is that the check-in process could be better. I didn't see the kiosk when I walked into the building and there wasn't one in the actual wing I was supposed to be in. I had to ask a nurse to check me in.

I check in online, somehow their system screws up. It did not show up on doctor’s list, but appointment desk does confirm the check in I already waited 36 minutes

The entire team that helped me today was incredibly helpful and understanding. Everyone was kind and supportive. Explained everything and took my anxiety and nerves into consideration which I truly appreciate. I cannot express how grateful I am to today's team members. Plenty of parking. Easy in and out. All the care I need!

Mental health services where horrible. Tried multiple times to make a family member an appointment and they were booked out for at least a month. Then they would cancel 30mins before the appt you've been waiting for! When you try to speak to a manager they don't call you back or call from a private line at an odd time. Go somewhere else if possible.
