They NEVER answer the phone. Have been calling for 3 days every couple hours. I had to come in 3 times just to let them know I had to make an appointment, do a drop off and re schedule.

Doctor Lamia Gabal has very good doctor manners and is informative and her staff is friendly and nice.

I was going to this practices for many years and was being told I have severe conditions and need to have major surgery. I decided to get a second opinion at a renown practice and I'm so glad I did.Not only was I treated so kindly by staffMembers... something I never felt I got with this practice, but I DO NOT have the conditions I was told and nor do I need any kind of surgery. So glad I got a second opinion and I wouldSuggest the same if you are a patient here.

Dr. Gabal and her staff are interested and listens to whatever is needed. They are very professional and caring.

My experience with Prestige Medical Group was excellent. The staff is conscientious and efficient. Dr. Gabal, my surgeon, is highly knowledgeable and has performed countless surgeries for prolapse of bladder and rectum. My results for these two repairs have been a complete success and I am grateful to Dr. Gabal beyond words. Highly recommend!

Dr Gabal, along with her complete team are compassionate & competent. Dr Gabal and Julia take their time in explaining condition, treatment & options. They demonstrate respect for patients while at an in office visit or on the phone. Messages are always responded to timely. Follow up or follow thru is also done timely. I feel comfortable talking openly with all.

At my first appointment, I saw the nurse practitioner. She was super thorough, friendly and listened to my concerns. She also explained things very well. Four stars because office staff does not answer the phone which is bad for a medical office and long wait time to be seen; however, would recommend for good care. :)

I love Dr Gabal. Experiencing Bladder Cancer can be daunting. Dr Gabal was professional and personable. She filled me in on every detail every step of the way. . I felt very confident going into surgery and with my treatments afterwards. Her staff is very personable and professional. My one criticism is that no one ever answers the phone or calls back when you leave one message. It takes several messages to get a response and that can certainly be discouraging to any patient or potential patient. . The thing that bothers me is that it’s not a reflection of Dr Gabal herself . She is very timely. I hope that she and her office can come to a solution for this problem. I know it’s not just me ,because I was in the waiting room and a woman came in to make an appointment for her husband. She said she came in because after several calls and messages she wanted to make sure there really was a Dr Gabal and office. That is certainly not good for business and I know from Dr Gabals’ professional approach , it is not the way she wants her office to be run. Staff is very thoughtful and kind, Dr T was very gentle with the procedure that I had. Explained everything she was doing. Highly recommend.
