Rude, dismissive, horrible bedside manner. Does not care about her patients or their treatment plans, just wants to make sure to check off the boxes and then boom, throw meds at the problem. This woman is quite possibly the WORST doctor and I do not say this lightly. Also she is a pain specialist in Santa Ana california. Let’s get into this mess of a review. So her bedside manner is not only offensive but she’s rude. I hadn’t even met her yet and she was cruel. I was coming from a different pain specialist and one that never answered calls and didn’t take the time to see me- it was always over the phone. Anyway, I had a working med that worked and helped and she took it upon herself to change that plan and stop things completely and not help with the side effects. So since it was a narcotic, I went thru pains etc as anyone would just stopping cold Turkey like that. Not only that but i went to her saying that the med I had been on for five years seemed to have stopped working and I was in quite a bit of pain and stuff- she didn’t care and told me to continue with it. She also prescribed me med that I was allergic too. She was aware of it too and still made me.

Dr. Pitino denied me any further chiropractic care to help me get through my days without being in massive pain and being able to wear my prosthetic arm. She has never meet me or examined me to make an informed decision. Instead she worked with the insurance company as a pawn to deny me any further treatment. This immoral and unethical decision was made to make a quick buck from the insurance company and ensures her repeat business with them as long as she keeps writing denial letters. Dr. Pitino doesn't really consider the patients health and well-being compared to making quick profits from insurance companies. I find it hard to believe that any doctor that really read all of my medical records would deny me such essential care.

She is professional and cordial and conservative

Dr. Patino is very professional and truly cares. She WANTS you to get better. She is always in a good upbeat mood and is very personable. You never have to wait long to see her. The appointment time that you schedule is when you see her. Friendly staff and nurses. When you call with concerns I always receive an immediate call back. I really enjoy having Dr. Patino as my physician.

I was suffering from a torn left arm rotator cuff it was very painful 😖 I found her & her staff dismissive more concerns about laws concerning distribution of narcotics Also when I was given a higher dosage that was too strong and needed another medication the staff had no empathy and could not book another follow up appt for 6 weeks so was I to stop pain med ( and experience withdrawal I had a stroke recently) and suffer until they could squeeze me or go to the ER My final impression was that my former Pain Management physician retired due to a stroke not that he was on probation for dispensing pain meds that “killed” one of his patients He had his day in court She was gossiping and making malicious statements It was not relevant to my treatment how unprofessional

Dr Lisa Pitino is awesome. She offers other options not just medication. She has never made me feel less than Her staff are efficient and do what they say She is very very good
