Lisa Tran's Online Review Report Card

I had a horrible wisdom tooth extraction experience with Lisa N. Tran. I'd rather go to Mexico enough said. The other posts must be fake!

I recently visited Dr Lisa Tran for a procedure and everything was very organized and professional from the minute I walked in for my visit including the doctor's consultation and front desk insurance verification. Dr Tran explained the condition, the cause and what the procedure would be to fix the problem. After the procedure I was given 'care' instructions and Dr Tran called me later on in the evening to make sure I was doing ok which I really appreciated.

I needed to have a piece of broken implant hardware removed. Dr. Tran was very reassuring and kind. Dr. Tran was able to remove the hardware without difficulty - and it was painless for me. She followed up that evening with a phone call to make sure everything was ok. A day later I had a question, called the office, and got an immediate answer. I saw Dr. Tran in 2017 for a bone graft. Again - everything went smoothly. Dr. Tran is a great oral surgeon.

I had to go in for an emergency and was seen by Dr. Lisa Tran. Even though this was a last minute emergency, Dr. Tran agreed to see me right away in a very timely manner. The office appeared very clean and sanitized. I was seen right on the dot of my appointment time with practically no wait time.Dr. Tran presented herself very professionally throughout the whole appointment. She was extremely nice and sincere. My whole appointment went very smoothly from start to finish. She gave me anesthesia and waited patiently until I was completely numb, even checking on me before she got started. Next thing I know, the appointment was finished and my emergency was taken cared off. Being a fellow healthcare provider, I could tell that Dr. Tran was very exact in her treatment and was highly competent. The appointment felt very easy because of her high level of skill. I felt great after post operation. No complications or discomfort whatsoever. I'm glad that I went to Dr. Tran for my emergency. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lisa Tran as an Oral Surgeon. My experience at her office went very well and I'm very happy with the work that she performed on men She's very skilled, while being very professional. I would definitely send my relatives and friends to Dr. Tran for any treatment pertaining to Oral Surgery as I'm fully confident that they would receive top notch treatment.

I just want to start by saying 10/10. Sadly I can only do 5 starts here. I was so nervous at first to go in since I loathe the doctors office sometimes. However, from the first minute she walked in she made the environment comfortable by being professional and respectful. She informed me that I needed 1 of my 3 wisdom teeth pulled. After some talking we agreed to pull all 3. Yesterday I went in for the extraction and not only was she awesome but her team that was in the room was awesome as well. They found a way to help me relax and get me ready for the procedure by calming my nerve. I vaguely remember what we talked about before I passed out and then I remember slowly waking up and being wheeled into a room where I meet my friend taking me home. Dr. Tran, I cannot say thank you enough for the awesome work that you did! Also to get personal phone calls to have you check on your patience while they are recovering in the comfort of their home is literally something that brings piece of mind and ease. Dr. Lisa Tran is one of the most friendliest and professional Endodontists I've met (for better or worse) Coming in with an intense amount of pain, stemmed from what I later learned was an infection under a crown, Dr. Tran was able to explain the procedure required and did so in a manner that made me feel very calm and comfortable. She was very transparent with her steps, and even made sure I felt comfortable with what my insurance planned to partially cover. She had my best interest at heart and even reached out via text to check in and see how I was managing my pain given that I had to wait for the infection to go away. I would highly recommend Dr. Tran to anyone. She is very personable and genuinely cares for her patients!
