made appointment 1 month ago.. show up on time only to be told that the staff had not logged my appointment. waited two hours to be seen but gave up. people have to work and do things in their day, they cant be sitting around waiting when it was their mistake. this place is really unprofessional do not recommend

My mom had an app twice and this office and the office denied care to her. The first time they did not have her on the schedule even tho she had proof of her a appointment been scheduled that day. The receptionist was very rude and took her appt confirmation away and threw it away. Today she showed up and told her that her medical group was no longer accepted there. According to the office they call my mom and told her they left a Vm my mom doesn't have a Vm set up yet. So this is a lie. I will file a complaint with cal optimaI'm regards to this office not caring for patients

I can’t believe what a great experience I had with Dr Chances and his co workers. Fast, Easy, Friendly, and Talented. Everything went smooth and I now can see distance and read without glasses. He's okay if you want to wait 45-50 minutes for a 3 to 5 minute visit with him. The office did not seem busy but it's not the first time I waited a long time to see him. No access to internet while you wait; nothing to do but sit and sit and wait.

We just received great customer service from Ms. Melina. She is so compassionate, answers all questions with a smile (even under a mask), and one can see she does her work with a wonderful attitude. My mom is elderly and I saw how Melina was patient and genuinely happy to help her. Thank you, Dr Chanes, for having great staff.

The front desk is so rude.

Today March/01/2022 at 10:51AM current. The front desk person is super super RUDE. This person will take your business down hill even you are an amazing doctor dr Omar Krad. I hope you read this message. This front desk girl is the huge pain whenever we are here for doctor appointment. So she is not gonna look at your face even she knows you are there, then she -still - looking down like she is working very hard and says “Hello” that’s it then she throw the Covid check note on your face without saying anything. Then after about 5 minutes she will say your last name (1 word) and says “Come Here”! And she threw out a series of heavy cough like a Covid patient. The face of a business is important I think. You have great and very professional doctors please they deserve a better front desk person !! Love your doctors and extremely dislike your front desk!

Don’t go here. Very bad services. They never on time with appointments. You will hours just to sown 5 lousy minutes with your doctor. I’m surprised that they are still in business. People needed to speak up or file a complaint with the medical board for over bookings.

Is Dr. Chanes aware of how much money is he losing due to Rosa, her main front desk attendant, and her poor customer service? I don’t know why these people do not care about having an outstanding customer service. It is already hard for some of us to make several appointments for ourselves, our parents, children, and other loved ones. But she just make things worse, not letting us talk and explain the situation. She just keeps on talking and talking. She’s so rude and doesn’t care about the patients’ needs. I will just find another doctor. If this doctor doesn’t care about how bad they’re treating his patients, I hope he cares about losing money. As what I can see so far based on other poor reviews, this doctor is already losing money. This office staff needs training.

I got a lens implant for cataract last week, R eye. So far, my vision us greatly improved, I've worn glasses since 8 years old! The typical halos and dry eye, that take a few months to dissappear. I am going back in 3 weeks, for my L eye. I found Dr. Chanes to be kind, knowledgeable and he put me at ease.
