I met for a long lasting issue with eczema and Dr. Watanabe engages in conversation & validates concerns that I as a patient have.He was honest in regards to questions asked regarding medications. I came out of my visit, fieelung heard.

We called ahead to inform the office that we would be five minutes late to our appointment, and we were told no problem. Check-in was very slow due to staff training, After nearly an hour with no update, I asked the receptionist if we will be seen soon and was told, rather curtly, "It's because you were late, okay? " Had we known the wait would extend this long, we would have chosen another provider. Unfortunately, the combination of excessive wait times and poor communication appears to be a recurring issue at this location.

Dr Watanabe is always wonderful, helpful and super smart. He listens to his patience and always offers reasonable solutions and explains things thoroughly.

Dr Jacobs and his staff are always very friendly, caring and always make us feel welcomed. Dr Jacobs is very knowledgeable and caring pediatrician. If we are there for an Illness. He always calls and follow up on how our kid is doing. That’s why he’s been our pediatrician for 7yrs. We don’t live nearby but we go out of our way to keep him as our two kids pediatrician.
