I have the highest regard for Dr. Sheety. He has been my doctor for a couple years and I was recently in the hospital for a terrible illness and he came there to treat me. He was also my mother in laws' doctor and performed minor surgery on her eyes. She was 102 and he gave her such a feeling of confidence and peace of mind. Has a great and caring bedside manner. Always very thorough and always explains everything. I recommend him highly.

This began back in March 2016, my insurance policy lead to an exorbitant charge that I couldn't afford in one sitting. I asked for some help they said they could give me a 20% discount on my payment plan. GUESS WHAT, they refuse to send me the payment plan and have reneged on the discount offer. I like having a monthly paper statement particularly when professional transactions are going sour. It gives me comfort knowing that I have a hard copy record so nothing can be "accidentally" added, omitted, altered, etc. I have to make this uncomfortable call month after month to people who all know me (very small office) so they ALL treat me poorly. I just want my paper statements and a payment plan like we originally discussed. It's certainly my right, after-all it's MY money and credit on the line! Now it seems that multiple calls are needed each month, I just got off the phone requesting the info again and absorbing belittling comments yet again. When I asked why I need to call each month for my statement and payment plan that I haven't received yet Nicole yelled "WHY CAN'T YOU JUST PAY YOUR BILL?!?!" I'm trying, in fact trying harder than I should have to. This is so frustrating, I'm really hoping I can talk to the Dr Sheety so we can have an intelligent conversation and get a plan of action set up but UGH, what can I do? His Front Office and Billing staff are SO unprofessional, hoping and praying to send my balance to collections. It's the ONLY way I can feel since they continue to be rude, don't send out statements nor return calls and haven’t help me set up a reasonable payment plan. When I ask if I can talk to Dr Sheety, of course, I'm not allowed. Is that because he'll catch wind of how his staff treats his patients? Absolutely YES, the unfortunate part is Dr Sheety is a really nice guy however his staff is running his business away!

Multiple sight problems addressed and over time my sight has greatly improved. My problems had been mis-diagnosed by 2 other doctors and not treated, Both Dr Sheety and Dr Pilon have spent time and effort and closely followed the progress with changes made as needed. And it wprked! Also accepts medicare insurance - no problems

He was amazing. he got me to see again and was VERY carring. he listened to evey question i had and made it so i could understand what was going on. simply the best dr. i have ever been to hands down. thanks to him i can see my children again. thank you dr. sheety. ps. the whole office is great!!!!

"Dr. Sheety"Lacks professionalism! All he wants is to take my money, or over bill me on procedures that my insurance has not yet sent payment for, and then decided on charging me & get a double payment, I don't think so "DR". I would advise you check your bill! Also they tend to "FORGET" that I am not to be charged a Co-Payment on a test because I am to be seen by a "TECHNICIAN" not a "Doctor". I know my rights and its time you found out what yours are as well

he is amazing dr. saved my eye after i got a nail through it! he is by far the best! i saw 6 diff. doctors and all said i would never see again and he made it happen. thank you dr. sheety.
