Oc Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Received quick, attentive service here today! Pricing was VERY reasonable, front desk team were polite and made my check-in process smooth (even though it was my first visit), and the Physician Assistant (Ms. Soliman) who saw me for my consult was caring, polite, and quickly diagnosed my issue! Needes a prescription, and it was dispatched electronically into my Pharmacy of choice quickly, with no hiccups... I would absolutely recommend OC Urgent Care!

I absolutely love this urgent care I've been to so many different ones and this is the best one I've ever been to besides the 1 in Huntington Beach next to HB hospital but right now I live in Tustin and I will go nowhere else but this urgent care it's also next to my dentist. One of the doctors is named Kelly and she is amazing so are the other ones that Kelly is my favorite and the staff is also very great love this place and recommend it.

I have to say we’ve been here before mainly for my mom who speaks no English so I am her main help. On this day however I was not able to take her so she had to go on her own. my mom went in to be seen for back pain, she just turned 65 and has no clue how to text let alone work an I pad. In order to check in you need to sign in the ipad, now how do you expect this from an older patient who has no idea how to work technology. You need a better check in process and help your older patients, my mom called me to help her or they couldn’t check her in. I asked her if I can speak to staff, and even then when I explained to the front office my mother doesn’t know any of that and she needs help she still proceeds to tell me she can’t check her in if she doesn’t put her name. I completely understand that but all they had to do was help her on that iPad to check in. Then they tell her to bring somebody to help her next time, so will you be telling this to another patient who can have the same issue as her? What about an 80 year old will that happen as well?? This is no way to treat a patient. Coming from the medical field as well, this is disappointing. Front office staff is hella rude.

Nurses and doctors are very friendly and helpful but the front desk lady is extremely rude. Hangs up the phone on your face and gives a lot of attitude.

Hola si pudiera poner zero estrella lo haría. Esta es la segunda vez que voy y muy mala experiencia. La primera vez que Lleve a mis niños ni siquiera la doctora reviso a los niños de nada. Solo la asistente nos hizo la prueba de COVID y el doctor solo fue a decir fue negativa pero no escucho la razón ni reviso porque estábamos ai. Asta que yo le dije no vas a chequear a los niños? y me dijo no porque los niños están congestionados y eso se ignifica que no tienen infección. Y le dije y yo que? y me dice abre la boca okay te voy adar “antibiótico” y le dije pero yo soy alérgica a ese antibiótico okay te lo cambio.(ni siquiera vio o pregunto a qué soy alérgica).Está segunda vez dije voy a llevar a mi niño talvez nos toque alguien diferente. En cuanto yegamos la mujer de enfrente dice tienen mascaras? y le dije que no y ella me dijo que tampoco ellos tenía. y que ai en la esquina había una farmacia para comprar unas😡. Que respuesta es esa.Jamás vuelvo ir a ese lugar.

I've always had a good experience here but damn after today probably not coming back here the doctor was great but two females up front when I left jeez attitude that's all I got to say lol.

I am very pleased with my experience. I was there a total of about 10 minutes in and out. I have an ear infection that was very easily diagnosed and was prescribed the proper medication. The ladies in the front were so polite and very helpful and resourceful. And the Doctor Who saw me was very quick, efficient and professional. Will be coming back in the future. Thank you!!

No patients in the waiting room but you're still gonna wait an hour and a half to been seen.
