Dr. Madrid has been my PCP for many years now and I'm always amazed at how much he remembers of my personal and medical history. He has far-reaching knowledge about diagnoses, treatments, and prognoses, which is comforting because you know you're in good hands. Dr. Madrid compassionately listens to my concerns and explains treatments thoroughly. I've had some decent doctors and some real duds in the past, but Dr. Madrid never fails to impress me with his doctoring skills. He's the best physician I've ever had.

My husband had a virtual appointment today 12/28 at 4:20pm . We hadn’t receive any text nor email for the virtual call so we decided to call . We reached customer service an was advised that he would be calling us within the next 15 mins . 30 mins went an nothing yet we then decided to call again at 4:50pm customer service then placed us on a 10 min hold an told us again he was getting ready to call us in 10 mins it’s now 8:23 pm we didn’t receive a call nor email very upset an very unprofessional on their behalf. My husband had a physical with him last month scheduled an appointment to show up to the appointment on time during a pandemic to only wait an hour an half after my scheduled appointment to be seen. I don’t care how good of a doctor u are but to have your patients wait more than 15 after there scheduled appointment is unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance.

I've been seeing Dr. Madrid for about 5 years now. He is a good doctor that spends a good amount of time for your health needs and really listens. I also like how he's up to date on the most current meds and practices, trends in medicine and new technology. He's very sharp and on top of things.

Dr. Madrid is the best he takes his time with you and I don’t mind if I have to wait for him when he is running late and Francis is the best nurse ever.😀

Dr. Madrid has been my family doctor for nearly 20 years. Every time I leave his office, I leave feeling that all my health problems will be solved. I have never seen a doctor being so attentive to his patients as Dr. Madrid. You are never seen at the exact time of your appointment, but there is a reason for that. The reason is that he is giving all of his attention to the patient ahead of you and you can be sure that the same attention will be given to you. He is the greatest!!!!!!
