List of Plump Medical Spa's Reviews
I had a subcision with filler done by Dr. Mortazavi for my acne scars, and I must say it was performed with exceptional precision and professionalism. I had undergone subcision elsewhere before, but the level of care, gentleness, and patience Dr. Mortazavi showed was truly unmatched. The procedure was virtually painless and very comfortable for me. He is incredibly skilled, and I will definitely return to him for any future filler treatments.
Dr. Amir is truly the best…always feel and leave happy
Great results from Dr Amir! Appreciate his expertise
I was looking into CO2 laser and I came across medical spa, I had a great experience. It was fast very easy, the moment I came in I was greeted by the front desk she provided me water and had me wait for the The doctor, once he came in, explained to me the procedure and asked me if I had any questions making sure that I was comfortable and okay before Proceeding. Highly recommended stopping by plump medical spa, they are very professional!
I had a mole removed here and a little bit of the mole grew back but the Dr touched it up no problem, no charge. I've also had many cherry angiomas removed here and I'm happy with the results. Office is clean & nice too!!
I became a patient of Dr. Amir Mortazavi's Plump Spa a few months after he opened his doors. I feel I know him well enough to assess the situation he put me in. Dr. Mortazavi suggested I try a Fraxel treatment, offering me to give up 2 of my 4 prepaid microneedling sessions, but he took all of my 4 remaining microneedling sessions. He won't return my phone calls after multiple attempts to discuss this situation. A mass email was sent to clients, which offered 20 units of Botox and Fraxil and 5 sessions of microneedling for $750. But, I had to join their "Plump Club" for $250 every six months to get these deals with the incentive bonus. I agreed and tried to give his receptionist $1,000, she told me the fee went up, I was too late that special past, now it's $299 and includes just 10 units OR Fraxel, but not both. Even though I've been his client since the beginning of his practice at this location, I feel he's all about money now, there is no loyalty or appreciation for an original patient/client. I had an appointment coming up, so I asked the doctor if he'd honor the $250 "Plump Club" fee, he told me yes. So, again I reached out via text to his receptionist. I texted her that Dr. Mortazavi agreed to the $250 with 20 units and Fraxel for the original club price, I said, "I'll send you my credit card to charge." Her response, "I checked with the doctor, unfortunately, we are not able to give offers that have already passed." Sounds like "good guy/bad guy" routine and this was over a $49 difference, 10 units of Botox and Fraxel. This was very bad business sense, now there is the distrust and his loss of an old time regular client after this. I feel with these malicious tactics and Dr. Mortazai not returning my phone calls, trying to "pump" as much money out of me as possible, I would NEVER return to the Plump Spa again. With his new higher prices and "Plump Club" for $299 every six months or "Botox Membership" for $2,000 a year he's now charging, you would expect to be welcomed into a luxurious spa suite with floor coverings, mellow background music playing, candles, artwork on the walls and a welcoming receptionist. But, that is not the case here at all. His office is a very primitive storefront with pipes going in all directions from the institutional ceiling, there is no warmth whatsoever and a very cold receptionist that keeps a locked door which she must get up and open. I am very sad to share what I feel has been very deceitful and unprofessional experiences I've had with Dr. Mortazavi, and I don't want to see another patient end up in the same situation. I decided now to see how much a new microneedling package would cost me without their club membership. (The receptionist makes me contact her thru text messages only). She text "All the remaining microneedling sessions were used as payment for Fraxel that you received. Let me know if you still would like to book microneedling at our current price of $250 a session" Yet again, the doctor was the one who suggested I try Fraxel and told me he'd take 2 of my 4 remaining microneedling sessions that I paid approximately $120 each for. Why would I give all that up for a Fraxel treatment that I knew nothing about and didn't even know if I could tolerate, and didn't need. The doctor blatantly deceived me and took all 4 of my microneendling sessions, now wanting $250 a session, although on his website it states $450 for 3 sessions, which is $150 a session. (See photos)
I had a great experience here! The doctor was super nice, very caring, and you can tell he genuinely wants what’s best for your skin. I left feeling really confident in the care I received. The receptionist was also super friendly and welcoming—made the whole visit even better. Highly recommend!
Clean and professional. Went for EMsculpt.
After moving to CA I needed a new injector I could trust. I now am a frequent visitor for everything including laser tattoo removal, mole removal, IPL, Botox, filler dissolving, ect. Needless to say I only trust Amir with my face. He’s a perfectionist & has a beautiful eye for aesthetics. 10/10 love coming to Plump! 😊
I feel I've finally found a doctor who cares more about my satisfaction over his profit! The entire staff here was so helpful, catering and respectful from point A to Z. I was nervous about a few things and they very clearly explained to me the process of my fillers now I feel beautiful and NATURAL! My husband could tell I did something different to my face but could not tell what I did which is exactly the results I wanted. Highly recommend :)

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
