The staff is horrible specially the office in Norwalk the receptionist Janeth is very sarcastic. She’s answers the phone with an actitud and hang up the telephone for no reason. The doctors are very nice but the staff is not friendly. Who ever is in charge of this office should train all the staff. Special this receptionist. I don’t recommend this office.

this place sucks. My mom has been taking me here for 14 years and the staff is always being late. They are always lazy to do their work. I arrive 15 minutes early for the appointment then when it is my actual time I have to wait 30 minutes more. right now I'm still waiting idk how long they will take. Now I am going to another doctor. This placeSucks lol

I have never had this bad experience with any Dr office staff is very rude unprofessional and uses abusive language will not recommend anyone and personally I cancel my appointment with this office.

Arrived at 4:00 for a 4:10 appointment. Not greeted. Waited 20 minutes to even get acknowledged, while the front staff worked out their vacation schedule. At 4:45 I am told the Dr still won’t see us for another 30 minutes at minimum because they have to “do paperwork”. This is not respectful of the patients, how you provide care or run a business.

Me and my children have been coming to this facility for 5 years and the service we receive here is great. The staff have established a sincere bond with my kids and are very patient people.!

My experience here is word for word like the fellow reviewer Anthony. I do not recommend this doctor. The place is filthy and the staff communication is non existence! Thursday has no staff most of the time. I have tried and they don't return call. What a joke and waste of time. Most times I'd have to take my little one to urgent care instead.

I loved this place when Michelle was still here , now this place is garbage all the staff including Doctor is very rude and not helpful and they charge you fees they're not supposed to and say it's for their time .. because I'm a Medical CalOptima covered patient they give me very poor treatment and I had the worst experience today when all I wanted was my son's immunization records and his form for school filled as I had an appointment for physical and the charge was $30 for everything I needed that was records and form and never before did I have to pay this . Questions are unanswered as well , what a stressful visit! No one here likes to do their job all staff sucks !
