List of Raj Menon's Reviews
The fact that he’s pretending to be a Dr should be agents the law dirty unprofessional wast of time
Terrible experience dirty Un clean office old rusty dirty 80's era medical equipment dr is a joke and a wast of time has less than 2 stars aon every review platform don't wast your time. My pets vet is cleaner and more professional Dr must have gone to cracker jacks med school. Do your research I wish I had waste of 2 hours and a covid mask. The visit wasn't worth the .15 cent mask
It’s a HORRIBLE office! Don’t see how they are open or this doctor is in practice. I had to switch doctors because the Doctor refused to see m, said he was too busy. I was recently diagnosed with Cancer that I could have caught if he would have just seen me. I had been trying to get an appointment for months. The only ones who would even pick up the phone would be these aweful front desk staff. Rude, neglective, and utterly manipulative. This is by far the worst office. Switch your insurance. Luckily I will be fine and seen. My surgery is upcoming but my life could have been lost because of this NEGLECTFUL HORRIFIC office. I will be reporting them to the better buisness offices once I recovery. Disgraceful in all manner of humanity. Absolutely disgusted and they will be hearing from me soon. Just don’t make the same mistake I did. Don’t wait.
This doctor is terrible. He mistreated my mom and was disrespectful. She was in a lot of pain and he dismissed her symptoms by saying that she had nothing. A second doctor came into her room, took one look at her without asking any questions or assessing her, and said, “you’re okay, there is nothing wrong.” Now my parents are stuck with a medical bill that they can’t afford. Further, other people have had similar complains of mistreatment. We are thinking of going to the media to expose the scheme that they are running at this clinic.
The staff there is the rudest and most non-helpful in existence. If you’re trying to get actual medical care stay far away from this place. The front desk lady does everything in her power to not see you or reject you from seeking your doctor. Dr Menon is a decent guy but won’t ever come back until he changes his staff.
I was assigned to this doctor. One of the ladies in the front desk is really friendly and helpful while the other one flops back and forth with her attitude and lets you know she is the doctor's assistant. Doctor and his so called "red headed assistant" constantly use the word "complaint" to refer to your symptoms or the reason why you are visiting. I am not one to post a negative review but after my last visit I advise anyone to select another doctor unless you want to spend an hour and 30 min like myself waiting for the doctor to see you. Privacy is another issue, the walls are thin and you can hear the conversation between the doctor and his "assistant" while other patients are in the room and the door is not fully closed. And you do go back and forth from his "assistant" to him. If he feels like it he will see you otherwise you're just consulting with his "redassistant". Dr. Menon is rude and unprofessional. He questioned and interrupted me various times and simply said that he could not help me when other doctors re-directed me to my primary physician. Also the referral he gave me asked me to see my primary physician. Also he questioned my career which is none of his business. Not a smart move for a doctor. Dr. Menon if you ever read this, you need to be careful with your wording and tone of voice and be mindful that you should never treat anyone poorly. Also keep in mind that you don't know people's backgrounds and the reason why they are now seeing you! After explaining to my referral person what happened, I've decided to go elsewhere. Update as of 6/21/19.After Dr. Menon (general doctor) told me he couldn't do anything and referred me to see a therapist because he refused to believe me nor wanted to have me get blood work done. My new general doctor LISTENED and looked into my case carefully. Because of the severity of my case and negligence, I ended up in the hospital in April. It turned out my new doctor sent me to the right specialist and as of yesterday I was diagnosed. My specialist couldn't believe all the negligence from previous doctors. All of this could've been prevented if the doctor would have been more careful, and not blame it on "anxiety" & "stress". I'm so appalled that unprofessional practices still happen. This doctor put me through enough and I will never recommend this doctor.

First, I appreciate South Coast Global hospital's nurses, urgent care doctor's and the whole service. But if you have an elderly parent who depends on Medicare do not take him/her to this hospital because the head doctor for Medicare is Dr. Menon. I will never take my father to this hospital again because of him. He will argue with you that why you took your old father to the emergency because he had a fever. It is unbelievable for a doctor who is supposedly a healer being so rude and harsh with patient's relative. Probably he is a good doctor, but his bed side manners need lots of improvements.
Very nice guy and very experienced!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
