I had to go in for an emergency and was seen by Dr. Lisa Tran. Even though this was a last minute emergency, Dr. Tran agreed to see me right away in a very timely manner. The office appeared very clean and sanitized. I was seen right on the dot of my appointment time with practically no wait time.
I am very upset ??. If you have Blue CrossPPO don't bother the doctor is not in network. Before I made an appointment I called and asked if Dr. Ratner is in network with blue cross ppo and I was told yes by front office medical team. Before my appointment I sent in my insurance information. The day of my appointment I was told my insurance copay would be $393.00 and I paid. On my third consult I asked Dr. Ratner himself before we proceed any further are you in network with blue cross PPO and he said no. I left and canceled my appointments. Dr. Ratner thank you for being honest and a good doctor, but your front office needs help they do not know what they are doing. I gave my insurance information two weeks prior to my appointment enough time to verify benefits.Plenty of time to give me a call and tell that my insurance is not in network and that I would have to pay out of pocket. Front office if you do not know how to do your job ask. Stop wasting the patients and your doctor's time. I will not be paying any bills sent by this office.
The billing department is incompetent & rude. They billed me for my son’s bill and when I explained it should be billed to him and they do not have my signature approving billing me she hung up on me. I called back to ask the woman if it is required to get my signature before billing she hung up me twice. I called back a third time and she told me “you are obviously a very unhappy person”. Yes, I would be unhappy if people bill me without my permission and send me nasty notes requesting payment. I asked them to change the name to my son and stop sending me threatening notes. I asked for an apology for doing something you are not allowed to do. She hung up on me a third time.
Spencer & I absolutely recommend Dr. Ratner!
The surgery was uneventful, and recovery (while a bit uncomfortable) has been overall pretty easy. Everyone was really nice, and they tried to make me feel calm.
Great experience all around. Everyone from the staff to the doctors were friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Ratner is the best in his field. And great, knowledgable staff who made my recovery so much easier.
Every bit of our experience was amazing. Dr. Lisa Tran went above and beyond making us feel comfortable with the procedure for my 4 year old. She answered all questions with patience and understanding of our lack of medical experience which was very refreshing. She made time to connect with my daughter. I was already happy with the service and to top things off after the procedure was done Dr. Tran CALLED ME at 8pm to check in on how my baby was doing! It made me feel so good that she took the time to do that. I recommend Dr. Tran to anybody but especially to any parents that need procedures for children. She is AMAZING!! Staff was also friendly and accommodating.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
