Raul estrada el megor pediatra buen cer humano tengo 14 años con el desde mi primer hijo y el siempre me a concejado muy bien sobre la salud de mis hijos las recepsionistas. Amables... una epoca en ke mi hijo le dio fuerte bronquitis me decian las secretarias ke el dr ya no estava y yo me metia segun al baño y esperava a que el dr saliera de un consultorio y me atendia de manera rapida a mi hijo sin cita ...... muy agradecida con el Dr Raul Estrada

Dr. Estrada was my family's pediatrician and now he treats my children and my nieces and nephews. He is a very good doctor and kids love him. He always gives good advise and he has kept the kids in our family healthy for many years. I highly recommend him.

I've been visiting this office for about 13 years, so I have seen a little bit of everything at this office. I have an apt today, and (by mistake I thought the apt was at 11 am but was at 1030) I got into the office by 30 minutes late. The receptionist wasn't kind of nice (no good morning, no smile, no how can I help you?). I understand the office's policies, but the place was empty only two kids on the check up rooms. And she told me that the doctor couldn't see my baby, because they were very busy and also because of the office's policies of been late . How that could be possible if the office was completely empty? (I included pictures) How busy is this place? I'm not trying to impose myself and go against their policies, but I still insisting that no one was there. Last year I came to this office with my sick baby, and encountered the same situation, was a walk-in emergency visit . I better avoided going to ER where the nurses and doctors are going to ask why at 10am I didn't go to the doctor's office instead to go to ER cause they are going to send me there anyways after all for follow up. That day the office was EMPTY too, no patients were there, I asked the receptionist (another one, not the same) if the doctor (anyone) could see my baby. Her answer was a straight NO. Even though I explained the situation. And her reason was the same lame one, busy and policies. I had to take my baby to the hospital where I encountered what I explained before. Today I was blessed!!! Dr. Sosa (it was the first time I've seen this Doctor at this office) was able to squeeze us in his schedule. Well, no one was there, no even when I left. But still I'm grateful that he did see my baby. He was very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. The medical assistant and the LVN were also nice. Apparently, this office develop a new rule about appointments. NO WALK-IN or EMERGENCY visits to this office. Also, the wait time its very long, so be ready to expend quite of few hours. I think this happens because the doctors take their time for the evaluations (they don't rush) wish is good. I don't mind that if I get a good service.

I am very disappointed because my daughter was born at 36 week and was in the hospital for 2 weeks her discharge papers show she had some type of unspecified defect of septal closure and they never mentioned it to me. I now have to take her for a cardiology evaluationwhen I took her in for her first check up they said she was perfectly fine there was no problem did I needed to be concerned about.I will never be returning backI guess my daughter was justa chart there were minor details that were not important for me to know

Este dr es mu bueno pero si te toca alguno d los otros drs que trabajan con el la verdad son muy malos, se equivocan t hacen esperar horas y cuando te atienden no dura la consulta ni 5 minutos como si los estuvieran correteando y dicen hablar espanol pero no se les entiende nada.

Dr. Estrada has been our family's pediatrician for two generations and we just love him. He loves children and treats then along with their parents with compassion and respect.
