Dr Basu is the only reason I continue to stay in the St Joseph Providence system. She is energized, competent, and takes her time with you. I really like her. The problem is St Joseph and their staff. I have currently been on hold to make an appointment for over 20 minutes and have yet to hear a live human voice. Unfortunately this is the last straw for me. It has been like this for years even though they are currently blaming their new system. I remember having to hold for an insane amount of time when my first baby was sick several years ago. It was so stressful and unnecessary for a first time mom. I plan to switch to a new office and will miss having my kids under Dr Basu’s care.

We have been very please with Dr. Basu and St. Joseph Heritage. We have felt so safe going into the office during Covid 19.

She is great! So helpful and kind. Not sure what the 2 star and 1 star ratings are about, as she has never been anything but wonderful to our family.

Dr Basu is amazing! She is very proactive with her patients and keeps them and their families well informed. My six children ages from 20-9 who are very athletic and have been seeing her for three years now. She has treated them for everything from their annual health care stuff to broken arms, heart issues, concussions and ankle fractures. Dr. Basu makes sure the kids are heard and all of their concerns are and issues are taken care of.

Right when you meet Dr. Basu, you could tell right away she loves what she does. Basu and her staff go on and beyond for their patients. She so kind, helpful and knowledgable. Not to mention funny too. You could always count on Dr. Basu for anything.

Our children are so luck to have Dr. Basu as their pediatrician. She goes above and beyond and truly cares about her patients. I wouldn't trust my kids with anyone else.

I love Dr. Basu. She has been seeing my 2 children since 2010. She is great with my children-both of which are special needs. She always goes out of her way to fit us in, call us personally, and engage my kids. I have reccomended her to all of my friends and family-we tell her that if she leaves, then we will leave the practice with her!

I adore Dr. Basu! I have changed my insurance to make sure my children still have Dr. Basu. I have three daughters and they too adore her. She is kind, sweet with the kids and takes her time with my family. She talks to me about any questions I have. I never have trouble making an appointment and she even returns calls if I call in to ask questions. Love her and tell others about her all the time.
