I love dr.basu she is one of the best doctors I ever met she is always on top of my kids concerns she have never ever disappointed she’s very kind , sometimes she is booked fast but I love the fact she always accommodate me and answer me on our providence group chat . I can never thank her enough I love her and her staff .

Dr. Basu is a wonderful pediatrician. She his kind and gentle with my children and is very informative. She never makes me feel rushed or judged as a parent. She always is able to see us when needed and I can't recommend her enough.

Dr Basu is the only reason I continue to stay in the St Joseph Providence system. She is energized, competent, and takes her time with you. I really like her. The problem is St Joseph and their staff. I have currently been on hold to make an appointment for over 20 minutes and have yet to hear a live human voice. Unfortunately this is the last straw for me. It has been like this for years even though they are currently blaming their new system. I remember having to hold for an insane amount of time when my first baby was sick several years ago. It was so stressful and unnecessary for a first time mom. I plan to switch to a new office and will miss having my kids under Dr Basu’s care.

We have been very please with Dr. Basu and St. Joseph Heritage. We have felt so safe going into the office during Covid 19.
