Awful place. Do not come here if you actually care about your skin. They did awful marks on my mom”s face with their treatments that don’t come off. They are awful and when we called of my mom to talk to them, they do not return phone calls. On top of that, my mom was suppose to be prescribed a cream for dark spot and they never sent it to the pharmacy and I keep calling and nothing. They do not deserve the one star I added on here but that was the only way to make a review.

The staff at the Santa Ana location were all very friendly and welcoming. I was in and out in a very sufficient, timely manner. I have seen many dermatologist over a period of 4 years and Shannon Rasmussen was the first that I was happy with. She took the time to listen and answer my questions thoroughly. Although the location is a bit far from where I live, the drive is worth it. I will definitely continue to see her.
