First visit went poorly. I had a flare up of a prior injury(5 years ago) and was directed to see Dr. Small. He did not appear to be listening to my issues. He admitted he had not read through my extensive file prior to the appointment. He scheduled me for physical therapy and X-rays. I went for my follow up appointment and X-ray. Still waiting on physical therapy. Second appointment was a complete waste of my time and his. X-ray tech said the doctor could review the slides prior to seeing me and let me know results, but Doctor said X-ray results wouldn’t be available until later in the month (clearly had not checked with X-Ray tech. They are in the same office space). Again the visit went poorly. He appeared to have no plan, as he checked areas other than the one (my lower back) that I needed addressed. He did not have treatment options. Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend.

10 years of seeing pain "doctors' and they keep getting worse! A new low!! This alleged "doctor" has ordered devices for everything on my chart from 7 to 10 years ago without examining me or discussing the orders whatsoever! AND he won't refer me to a Good local surgeon that I have chosen after much research because then he can't scam the insurance any more! Total money grubber!! watch how fast he takes down this review. I even tried contacting the fraud hotline over this matter.....still working on that. Rude, pompous, ugly. I HATE this individual!

This man does not really have concern for helping patients. Beware! Office staff is trained to grab money & handle people as numbers rather than humans in distress. The "doctor" has no intention of reviewing patient history properly, or focusing on the true nature of medical situation. He seems to have bias toward patients and is not a good listener. Try any other healer, but not this man as he does not actually fit the description of true doctor.

Dr Small did not listen. He appears arrogant, & seems distracted, He was confused by a relatively simple medical history, and was ultimately unable to offer sound professional judgement. No toilet paper or tissue in bathroom! Staff trained to take money!! This encounter was a waste of time and money. It's disillusioning to get one's hopes up; that pain might be alleviated-- only to be left in a cloud of confusion after an encounter with what should have been a helpful professional. ZERO STARS!!
