Serve The People's Online Review Report Card

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to the clinic, but I came across this and I had such a nice experience with the clinic and the people working there that I decided to do a review. This clinic is the best clinic I’ve ever been to, hands down. I wish I could remember my doctors name, she was just wonderful! And thorough. I told her my symptoms and she fixed every one of my problems. And she did it without stuffing me full of addictive pain medications. I had one issue where I was getting dizzy and feeling weak. I was sure I was diabetic. She tested me, and I did not have diabetes. After a few long talks and a couple test, she discovered I was having panic attacks, not diabetes, lol. She taught me breathing excersizes and wha la! I was healed. Well, I knew how to deal with my symptoms now that I knew what was causing them.This is a long review, and I could go on, because this is the most professional and caring bunch of people I’ve ever met. One hundred stars!❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They're completely incompetent. They went from quoting me $75 to then quoting me $200+ I'm not sure if the misunderstanding was because English is not their first language but if that's the case they should get some native speakers on the team.

these people are not interactive at all its like no one talks to each other

they never return any of my messages over 2 weeks

Didn’t want to see me because they considered me a “new patient” even though I’ve been there before. Took two seconds to look me up and was a flat out no. Thanks for “serving the people”

The vision center customer service was very helpful! The doctor or whoever greeted/helped people at the door is incredibly helpful and genuine!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! The people here are incredible, so caring and kind plus they go far above and beyond for you without hesitation.I was homeless and addicted to heroin a couple years ago, and Serve the People was the only place around that would help me in my broke and lost situation...the one thing that made it difficult to get my first prescription was the fact that they need to make sure you're dead serious about your desire to quit opiates so they require a couple weeks worth of appointments before awarding the prescription.Once the doctor wrote my script, it was discovered that I had no I.D. Instead of turning me away, my doctor called the pharmacy (it's on Bristol/Warner FYI) and took a full 15 minutes of their time to persuade the pharmacist to accept me without my license as well as to stay open a little late giving me enough time to make it that Friday evening.Since my boyfriend and I were planning on skateboarding the entire way, Serve The People's staff then tried to talk me into letting someone actually GIVE ME A RIDE and when I denied their help, they wanted to call my family to ask them to help me get to the pharmacy!!!This place is absolutely unbelievable! I have NEVER had an experience at any medical organization anywhere near this caring and helpful, especially when I've been broke and lacking insurance. Yes, their doctors and medical care is great, but by far the greatest feature is the staff's kindness and care for all...even the homeless and drug addicted who society despises!
