Everything there was great and staff was nice. However I made an appointment and then from that day untill my appointment I kept receiving phonecalls about making an appointment. I asked if I would be receiving information via text or email they said yes but I never received anything. Even the day before zero communication. I had to call and make sure I was scheduled for my appointment properly. Only after I was already checked in at the office did I get texts saying how to prepare for my appointment. Super weird, my cat’s vet office has better communication than this place.

Though the The front desk girls were Indifferent and let me wait 5 minutes before she even give my I contact . On the contrary the technician were so welcoming and supportive both the young man and the MRI tech They are aware of the anxiety and agoraphobia people might have which’s great .

Everything was fine. Staff was nice. BUT I DID NOT GET THE BONE DENSITY REPORT THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR. It’s been 7 days since they did the CT scan. I have the feeling that the Technician forgot.

Great place to get an MRI! The service was quick and efficient, and I was really impressed with how fast the report turnaround was. Juan was very helpful, kind, and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend!
