Dr. Lee is an amazing PA and being in the Memorial Health Care System is unmatched. I have seen her for over a year and I hope with my insurance changes, I can continue to see her. I haven't felt so safe and seen by a Dr. since I was a kid and I have been so pleased lately with how technologically advanced Memorial Health Care Group have become over the years. 10/10 recommend Dr. Lee and Memorial Health Care system.

PA-C Verlicia Lee prescribed my medication after seeing me by sending it electronicly to my pharmacy. I was amazed how fast it was available. She is a great listener and the appointment was not rushed. Very kind and professional. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!!!

Long story short, I spent a good week trying to find someone who would help me. My PCP routed me to urgent care. Urgent care took many throat swabs. The urgent care NP made me feel judged and less than human. Eventually, I made my way to Verlicia Lee! Verlicia was attentive and seemed to geuinely want to know more information from me. As someone who has not sought ANY medical care for nearly 5 years, this is extremely important to me. Verlicia explained many options we could take to resolve my issue. Ultimately, the medicine I asked for, she prescribed right away. I saw positive results in hours.

Horrible experience here. I was 9 mins late because I didn’t get a confirmation email and could not find their address. Doctor wouldn’t see me and said to go to Urgent care. I was so frustrated because I took time off work for my app to then not be seen. Only one girl was supper nice and tried to see if another doc was available but another lady pushed back and said go to urgent care. I told her I didn’t want to expose myself around sick people at urgent care and is why I made the appointment in the first place. She was very dismissive and said well you’re going to have to wait. I wouldn’t want to be seen here if this is how their patients initially get treated.
