They claim to not have working phones here. I was going to be late to my appointment so I called to ask if it was okay to come. They did not answer so I arrived 20 minutes late scrambled for 10 minutes trying to find the place just to get there and they say their phones don’t work but they can reschedule me since I’m here. Took me 40 minutes to drive there. I’ve never heard of a dr office not having working phone. It appears the doctors here just don’t care since it is such a big company. Santa Ana at its finest. They also had an empty office and no one scheduled for another hour but told me I could wait to see if they person doesn’t show. IN ONE HOUR

Scheduling is so annoying. I have and X-ray and the scheduling outsourced team is keep saying it's walk in. When I walk in they say it is an X-ray that needs an appointment

Would never be back!! I did pregnancy ultrasound and no one mentioned before that I won’t be even be able to know if my child is alive and has a heart bit at the time of the ultrasound is done!!! Nooo I’ll have to wait 3-5 WORKING days to even know he is alive. Is that normal?

I had a pretty good experience! I came in for my appointment today (8/15/22) and was helped by a nice receptionist. I told her that I did the online paperwork already but the photo section was glitched, so she photocopied my cards and doctor's order paper right there. I was then told to sit and wait to be called. My appointment was 9am, and I think I was called in about 15 minutes later. Not bad, and it's understandable as there were other patients before me. My ultrasound ladies, Dayne and Claudia, were really cool and great. I appreciated how Wave Imaging was in constant communication through text and email. Again, I had a great experience!

Very disorganized. I would highly recommend using a different Imaging Center.

I CANNOT BELIEVE IT! I have been trying to make an appointment for my mom to get an MRI. After many attempts to answer their questions about mom's shunt, I gave them all the information I could get from the neurosurgeon. They weren't satisfied, so i gave them the number of the neurosurgeon call directly. They said they would get the information from them.I got a second call asking for the information on the shunt. I called them back, had to answer ALL the same questions (15-20 minutes of repeated answers with the same answers) reminded them they had to get the information from the neurosurgeon! They said they would.I got a third call- same run around 15-20 minutes!I got a fourth call that they cancelled the appointment because they didn't have information on the shunt!!!I called to speak to someone who asked the SAME questions again BEFORE i could ask her about the shunt! I asked for the manager, Arceli, who said there was nothing she could do. I asked if she called the neurosurgeon and she couldn't tell me. I was crying because of the runaround and waste of precious time. Instead of helping me, she hung up!!!I will use ANYONE but Wave Imaging! Horrible customer service and horrible communication!!!

It was very easy to navegate to get the NT ultrasound done on the second floor. Diane was very helpful when she was able to schedule me in the first day. I just wish I had more clear photos of my ultrasound. How can the NT ultrasound be accurate if all the photos they gave me are so fuzzy? The head and the body were barely clear on the photos they gave me. All a total blurr. I think they forget that we do not see ultrasounds everyday at work....

I'll begin by giving it 1 star because of the person checking me in for my appt. Her customer service skills needs a tune up. She had me waiting at least 10 mins. before she even asked me if I had an appointment. She should've asked, highly annoying! She did have another client, I was next and there was no one else in waiting room. Not once did she smile. I was standing and waiting patiently and she told me to go sit down without asking me anything else. I politely declined. Only after ten minutes of waiting, and I took a picture of their new sign by the door and asked if they had a business card did she ask me if I had an appt. So because of the receptionist, I give it one star, really zero, but we can't do that.Because of Breanna the UItrasound Technician (not sure of her job title), I give it 4 Stars. She was very professional, courteous, astute, warm AND friendly! Thank you Breanna!Appointment date: 5/29/19.
