Have people waiting 45 minutes in a completely empty building at 730 pm

Fui a la clínica de la Main , y me mandaría a la de la Tustin, porque no tenían técnico para x-ray , llego a la de la Tustin y me dicen que el técnico irá a lunch en unos minutos y ya tiene los pacientes que puede atender... Entro al website a hacer una cita y al poner mi dirección, me sale error, que está mal, como 5 intentos , llamo por teléfono y pregunta tras pregunya y no contestan . Contacto al chat y tengo que esperar por un texto para que me digan que haga todo lo que ya hice . NO RECOMENDABLE !!!

Went for an X-ray and turned away twice. You must make an appointment if you want an X-ray. There is no such things as walk-in for X-rays at this location

This company's operations is some serious nonsense. Tried to schedule an appointment for my father online, the system gave me an "error" message. I called to schedule over the phone was told no appt needed for xray even though I insisted on an appt. My father walked in bright and early next morning only to be given a qcode to schedule an appt. He brought it to me and of course once again the system was not working. I called again where they wanted to send me a link to set it up, NO HELP YOUR CLIENTS AND JUST SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT!! I can't imagine a senior having to deal with them alone!

The front desk staff provides great customer service and the ultrasound technicians here are very friendly and caring. I told the front desk that my financial responsibility/copay was lower as I confirmed with my insurance, and they accepted the amount with no issues.I came here twice for OB ultrasounds and each technician was mindful and worked as fast as they could so I could use the bathroom (as I had to drink a lot of water before the appointment). I would recommend this place!

Making appointment for a x-ray was harder than it needed to be. This is the end of my comment on Wave Imaging. I'm typing this yammer because Yelp required more text - I hope this works

I drove 30 min to this place and got there at 11, an hour before their lunch break 12-1pm). They wouldn't even give me the time of day and said to come back at 1pm after their lunch. Why post lunch hours if the *real* lunch hours start at least an hour before?

Hi, If I could give this place a minus star... I'll gladly do it. The front desk ladies are careless, rude, and act as if they are doing a favor to the customers. Taking Training in Customer Service won,t be a bad idea.

This place sucks big time, their billing department representative it's super rude. I believe her name is Sandra W. I had some scans done here and I payed for them the day of the visit & even tho I payed they send me to a collection agency like if I never did. Sandra was saying I didn't payed that day because their records don't show anything which I'm surprised any place of business it's gonna give you their services and let you walk away without paying for it which makes no sense. Stay away from this place

My review is for the second floor of this building, where I received an abdominal ultrasound. The first floor looked overcrowded and busy, but that's not where I received treatment. I was greeted kindly by the receptionist on the second floor. She had me provide her with the necessary documents to check in, and then had me take a seat. I was called over by the ultrasound technician in a matter of minutes. She was really nice, but I forgot her name. I do remember the name of Liz, which was the other ultrasound technician in the room with us. Liz actually took over the ultrasound, and I must admit that she did a better job at not causing me any pain. She asked me if I was ok and provided more thorough instructions. I'm glad I gave this location a chance, since I was skeptical because of all of the negative reviews.
