I needed to spend a couple of days in the hospital but was concerned about leaving my wife who suffers from dementia. I was referred to 1Heart by a local nursing association. Raymond came out to our condo and met my wife and I to discuss our needs. We agreed on the dates/times for aide help and arranged for one of the aides to stop by in advance for a walk thru. On the days they provided service, their staff contacted me in the hospital to let me know everything was fine. Then again if they had any questions. Everything went great and my wife was happy. Would recommend and use 1Heart again if necessary.

We were in need of senior care fast and they were able to meet us the next day and staff us with 7 day a week good and caring aids. I also really appreciated being able to communicate with the supportive staff who were always willing to implement any changes needed. I highly recommend their services. Augden Zimmer RN

Great company to work for. They appreciate their staff and show it on the holidays. Sometimes getting a reply from other staff is a little slow .

They were very flexible. I was moving my dad from a nursing home to an assisted living but didn't know the exact day or time. They had someone on standby and they showed up with 12 hours notice Very reliable
