They called my emergency contact when they couldn't get ahold of me for a not-even-close-to-an-emergency inquiry, then proceeded to share my private, personal, medical information with said emergency contact. Incredibly unprofessional and possibly a HIPAA violation.

Had a great experience with Dr McKenzie and team for various treatments in the past, and purchased a series of IPL ($500 each). I was looking soo forward to coming back after taking the last year off of various treatments during my pregnancy. Just called in to book and was informed that I can no longer use these under the new ownership which is pretty upsetting. You’d think by purchasing the practice you are also taking responsibility for any existing treatments that had already been paid for.I think what frustrated me most and lead me to leave this review is that after saying that is unfortunate and I’ll probably look elsewhere to book, the receptionist responded with “No problem”.

I just want to say that Hailey Mabery is the best in Santa Barbara! Hailey is very knowledgeable and professional in the medical and spa procedures!I am so glad we have Hailey here in SB.

Just got back from my first appointment with Hayley Mayberry RN and it definitely won't be my last! As someone who works in the field of plastic surgery and medical aesthetic marketing, I'm a bit picky when it comes to choosing a provider and Hayley completely exceeded my expectations. I'll update this review once the Botox kicks in but if you are looking for a provider who is incredibly thorough and attentive to fine details, Hayley is your girl. And shout out to the entire office staff for being so patient with me when I called to change my appointment time like 3x in one day (I promise that won't happen again 😆)

I love Dr. MCKENZIE he took care of me, Answer all my questions and helped me out without a doubt. Anytime I message him he answer anytime I had concerns his front desk answer over all I had a great experience and wouldn't have change it.

I've had several procedures done with Dr Mckenzie, he is just AMAZING!! He asks questions during your consultation to ensure what is going to be performed is the best option for you & his professional experience. You feel very secure in his care. From start to finish, Dr Mckenzie & his staff all make you feel better!! The anesthesiologist, Chris Miller called me the night before my surgery and the day after, he really showed concern for my recovery ❤️
