I called and texted as it said in her voicemail multiple times and never received a call back. I wish I could have actually used her and wrote a great review, as it seems like she does great work.

As a first time acupuncture patient, Jennifer has made my experience as seamless as it gets. She has taught me about acupuncture and its history, and is always able to hit the best points for tension/stress, etc. I would recommend her to anyone looking into trying acupuncture or just looking for a new acupuncturist in general!

I heartily recommend Jennifer as she is a great acupuncturist and healer. I have been seeing her for ten years, and she is very professional, proficient and totally present during appointments. She is knowledgeable and highly skilled, and intuitive as well. I'm not a fan of needles and she has a technique that works well for me. She has helped me with both physical (knee and back pain) and emotional (grief) issues. I completely trust her and have recommended her to family and friends.

I was recommended to see Jennifer Henry after suffering many years of lower back pain and sciatica. Before any treatments, she throughly went over my medical past. I started weekly hourly visits and felt results right away. It's been two years now and with her high expertise, has kept my out of pain. I highly recommend her as a acupuncturist.

Jennifer has taken the finest care of each and all of my needs for over three years. When i met her I knew i had made the right choice. She is very sensitive to feelings and understands when I tell her what's out of line. I have walked out of her office after a specific problem and I knew it had been repaired. Read her website. I highly recommend this acupuncturist. I had a series of health issues but nothing that could be diagnosed. I kept getting the flu every few weeks, had intermittent lower abdomen and lower back pain, then my voice began to disappear. Last, my allergies became intolerable. I felt better within a week of my first visit. Dr. Henry also recommended some amino acids to help correct some of the imbalances she saw. The consultation with her was very thorough the first time and she makes sure to check in carefully on every visit. Her office is comfortable and cozy. Sometimes her adorable and sweet dog is there. I try to go as often as I can (afford).

I started seeing Jennifer about one month after suffering a severe herniated disc in my lumbar spine. I forwent surgical options because I was hopeful my body could repair itself. Sure enough, with the help of Jennifer, it did. After a few weeks of steady treatment, my health improved by leaps and bounds. I've gone from crawling to the bathroom and taking short, painful showers to living my full life again. Now, with my back feeling better, I continue my visits for preventative maintenance. I have a traumatic history with needles (nausea, fainting), so Jennifer slowly worked up from conservative treatments to more aggressive treatments. Within the first few minutes of my first visit, this fear became a non-issue. The needles (more like filaments) are painless, and more often than not I would fall asleep shortly into the session. Jennifer's east-meets-west approach to acupuncture is a welcomed perspective in 2017. Her office is clean and peaceful. Her attitude is always positive and upbeat. She has never failed to treat me with patience and respect. Jennifer never fails to deliver the most relaxing two hours of my work week, and I look forward to working with her for years to come.

I highly recommend Jennifer Henry as an acupuncturist. She is professional, highly skilled, and very approachable. I initially contacted Jennifer to assist in my recovery from knee surgery back in March of this year. This was my first time seeing an Acupuncturist in Santa Barbara and I chose Jennifer because in additional to her extensive training and expertise in anatomy, acupuncture, and herbal therapy, she is also a Registered Nurse. Since she started treating me about 6 months ago, she has not only decreased my pain and inflammation from knee surgery, but has helped me with many other physical issues including sinusitis, asthma, shoulder and back pain, digestion issues, and perimenopausal symptoms. She is an expert in Chinese Herbal therapies as well, and the herb mixture she recommended has helped with my digestion issues and increased my overall sense of well-being. She responds quickly to emails and texts, and is always flexible with appointment dates/times when able. Please go see her if you are considering acupuncture; I'm sure there are many qualified providers in Santa Barbara, but I got lucky on my first try and I am so happy I contacted her.

Jennifer is the best! I have been seeing her for several years now for orthopedic acupuncture and stress relief. No matter what kind of issue I am having she always has a creative approach (or several) to help me get some relief. I especially like the cupping that she does with the glass jars. I really like that she has the perspectives of both Eastern and Western medicine as an RN and licensed acupuncturist. Her training allows her to be able to really explain all of these complicated issues with my body and she can contrast the recommendations from Western medicine to those of Eastern medicine. She is very friendly and personable. Give accupuncture a chance if you are new to it. It is non-invasive and can really produce great results!

I have been receiving Acupuncture treatments from Jennifer for 4 years. I started implementing Acupuncture as a method of healing in1992, and I find Jennifer to be a highly qualified Acupuncturist. Not only is she trained in this field she also has her Master's in Nursing. I find this very helpful when communicating my health issues. Initially, I went to see her for interstitial cystitis as I was tired of not getting enough relief through traditional western medication. After a few visits, I found great relief and I now only go in when I have an occasional flare. However, I also use Acupuncture for bronchitis, TMJ, broken bone healing, etc. basically everything I would go to a Western doctor for. Jennifer Henry is is extremely knowledgeable, professional and educated in Acupuncture as well as Chinese herbal medicine. Her recommendations to me on various herbs have helped me manage my TMJ and the Interstitial cystitis that I deal with by providing me with long term relief. She takes insurance and is by appointment only and is very generous in fitting you in when you need her. I recommend her most highly. Stephanie
