Dr. Hepp has the most kind staff, who always try so hard to accommodate our busy schedules. He is such a wonderful dentist and has seen us through adult and child tooth emergencies and just regular fillings and oral maintenance. He has a fun upbeat personality that makes you feel very comfortable in the chair while he is working on you. We love this office!

I love dr hepp and the whole team! The entire staff makes you feel incredibly welcome and heard. they’re patient to address the issues but quick to get to work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but dr hepp for dental work, they always do an amazing job.

Met with Dr. Ben Dunlap DDS, who took care of my much needed crown work with expert care and compassion. The office staff (Rita) knew exactly how to navigate the complex world of dental insurance. I’d highly recommend the office of Dr. Dunlap and Dr. Hepp.

I made the mistake of going to a different dentist “Santa Barbara dental” they really messed up my teeth. They wanted to pull all my teeth out then sell me denture. Dr Hepp is honest and willing to work with you. I will never leave his practice as everyone is truly caring and understanding . They will go out of their way to accommodate and work with your schedule.

I never thought I would say I actually enjoy visiting the Denitist! But I do when its Dr. Hepp's office. The staff is organized and approachable. They seem to remember every silly detail of what I tell them. It creates a very personal experience. Watch out for that Pam at the front! She is the best and pretty soon you will be best friends! I saw Luciano yesterday for a cleaning. Very gentle. I am looking forward to my next visit in 6 months.

This dentist took advantage of our relative with limited mental capacity. He did not fill teeth or use fluoride treatments. He instead left things unchecked and only performed expensive procedures. We finally took our relative to another dentist and learned of how badly Dr. Hepp did not do his job and cost my relative several teeth and money they do not have. We do not recommend.

Our experience was awful. This dentist did not repair cavities and maintain teeth, but waited for things to get very bad, so he could charge for large procedures like root canals. After years of going to him we finally realized he was taking advantage of our disabled relative and when we took them to another dentist, we learned that he had taken advantage of their limited mental capacity. Shame on this man.
