Such a low quality hospital from what I’m used to. This “hospital” couldn’t even spell my first name right and I have a common name I will steer away from this place moving forward. Not recommended!

I had to make a couple trips before i was admitted granted i was a very unique case but the staff always did their best to mediate pain as well as run all the tests and scans possible and they’re very good about listening to you so if you feel like they are going the wrong way with something just be vocal and they will cater the care to your needs! great staff from emergency to hospital

One of the worst child care place I have been too. You need to come atleast an hour ahead your appointment time because that’s how long they make you wait and God forbid if you hit traffic and arrive five minutes late because they will make you wait for a good 45 mins and then tell you that the doctor cannot see you because you came late. Forget about calling them because they always place your call on hold. I waited for 45 mins with my 3 month old and they came out to tell me they can’t take me in. Oh and customer service ? It doesn’t exsist in this place they are doing you a favor. Please don’t waste your time like I did.

I took my 9 year old here for emergency care expecting to wait hours to be seen. Given the circumstances, we were pleasantly surprised with a great experience. My son was in a room and seen by a doctor within minutes of arrival. The nurses were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Steven Mills was beyond amazing. He was very playful with my son and made him feel comfortable. I appreciate that he took his time explaining things thoroughly and sent us home with great advice for after care.

My daughter is going to college at UCSB. She called with an emergency so I sent her to Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital. She was alone and nervous, they got her in immediately and took incredible care of her! Every staff member she encountered was so kind and caring. It was so wonderful to have her cared for so well since I could not be with with her. Thank you, Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital!

The worst! Treated us like we were unworthy of their time! Totally disregard the fact that my dad was in serious pain and could barely walk.. and all the dr said go see your primary as if his dr is open 247! Didn’t even want to give him ibuprofen! Really?!
