DO NOT GO HERE I went to this dentist with a perfectly healthy mouth — no pain, no problems. During my visit, they told me I had several cavities that needed to be filled. I trusted their judgment and went ahead with the procedures, but that turned out to be a huge mistake. Ever since they worked on my teeth, I’ve been in excruciating pain. I went back multiple times hoping they would help, but instead, they refused to take any responsibility. They told me it was my fault and refused to fix the damage they caused. They didn’t offer any refund, repair, or compensation of any sort. It’s been over a year now, and my teeth and pain have only gotten worse. Save yourself the pain, money, and frustration — DO NOT GO HERE.

Emergency repair done quickly and well. Offices have Many screens to distract which is a good addition. A little pricey but this IS Santa barbara , George H.

There office staff Vanessa and Shawn And of course the Dr Hlavaty were superb in a very difficult situation I was in. Gentle, knowledgeable, competent and of course compassionate and patient. I have found my new Dentist now. Thank you from all of me and my family!!!

Having relocated to Santa Barbara I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Hlavaty and his staff for some routine dental work, 2 cracked crowns and one dental emergency. His staff is professional, courteous and accommodating. Dr. Hlavaty is top-notch in his skill set and training. Thank you!

All the staff is friendly and welcoming! Every time I come in for a cleaning I leave with my teeth feeling amazing. I love chatting with everyone there and everyone knows what they’re doing!

Wow-- quality care, no BS upselling (unless you ask for it), wonderful staff who are friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lot of dental work done, and I was so happy with the quality of Dr. Hlavaty's work. I appreciate their honesty, integrity, and professionalism! I wish they took my insurance, but they are able to submit claims on my behalf. I've had crazy experiences with dental offices in SB in the past, and this office has got me feeling a lot more positive about ringing quality care out here.
