Infusion Suite Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Had a horrible experience with Sofia at the hospital. Not sure if she is a representative of everyone at Cottage hospital, but was extremely unprofessional and rude.Could not be more disappointed with this nurse in the surgery ward.

Company resorts to organized crime to cover up illegal activities committed against employees and patients . Very bad care. Does not belong in Santa Barbara. Would not recommend.

f you ever have to have surgery book it at Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara. Never sick a day in my life. I broke my record last week when I required emergency surgery ...I was a nincompoop and put off seeking medical care thinking I was above illness. What supreme care! No different than concierge medicine. Everybody is a star at Cottage. First class care at its finest. The surgeon, Dr. Cristina Harnsberger, saved my life ....the incisional scar is nearly undetectable! Phenonmenal work.. .....that's talent people. This surgeon did a job beyond my wildest expectations. Cant say enough good things about this talented physician! Praise the Lord! It also doesnt hurt that the food is like that of a four star hotel. Great hospital, great care, and talented doctors.

These people have no hearts one thing is being precautious with covid and another is just being straight up jerks! No type of empathy even though they work in the hospital they have no wish to be understanding of people situations it like hellllooo nobody chooses to be there in the first place and people are already emotionally distressed instead of helping out they take things to another level and use the COVID Pandemic as an excuse to be mean and rude forgetting about patients feelings and this is not right I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied 4 separate times it was just a ok I’ll call but no assurance that they ever did I highly doubt it because they would get in trouble I wasn’t given a name a contact info a chance to talk thank god I save a number to a supervisor reminder there are still standing standards and guidelines about patient/visitor care and you all need to either reread or redo your mission goal and statements and do big reminder especially to the front desk and security I can see they do not want to help they do don’t want to include anyone else they are hesitant to lift one finger but that’s fine I went through hell and back and not one tear of mine was considered and I was not the only one I was it done to many persons why are you so mean? Because no one is going to complain that’s why it seriously didn’t matter if it was an elder or a desperate mother or wife they did not care! I’m more then grateful for the access I got granted but people were so rude about it and kept asking me how did you do it and why are you here you can’t be here you need to get out we don’t believe you we want names almost pushing me out with security involving everybody I was trying to deescalate and it’s like that pissed them off more just to find out they were all wrong and then they took it out on me this honestly needs to change I am so emotionally drained and exhausted to top it off I couldn’t even charge my labtop no sure why that’s covid related honestly people there just wanted to be mean and in the world of care and hospital is not ok hopefully reading this makes a difference that way nobody ever goes through what I went through I’d be happy to give my depressing testimony it’s already enough to have my husband going through surgery but to put up with this harassment as well is too much my contact info it 805-623-3580 this needs to change all that for at the end there being a outlet after all aya yai PEOPLE know your hospital you all suck!

All the staff at Cottage make you feel like your being cared for in your own Home, the food is the best Hospital food at any hospital. I would stay there just for the Food

Good hospital and nice staff special the housekeeping workers
