For a first time patient I was very impressed with the front desk staff first, they greeted me with a warming smile and was very polite. Once I was called back I had the wonderful pleasure to meet Dr. Munoz's. She was very kind, warm hearted. She answered all my questions clearly and explained every step that has to be done. Then I meet the Office Manager she was great. Gave all the information and brake down from my insurance in detail, which was nice. Overall I had such a great experience and was so relaxed. I did not feel anxious or get any anxiety from going to the dentist office. Thank you.
